My Way of thinking has changed a dramatically over the past few Months. It started when I finally got the Courage to join the gym. I've always been nervous to join because I'm not small enough. Silly logic I know. I didn't want to be judged. So a friend and I joined together with plans to get ho back in her wedding dress before her wedding. About a month into working out I decided to check out my local Box and try out some Crossfit I had seen a fen things online  that sparked my interest, and those girls throwing around so much weight was pretty badass! I had to try it out. I was nervous at, first. Bert ended up LOVING it! Now I go twice a week, and I will be joining the box next month. now I want to be strong instead of weak, which has made my eating totally different. this week I started the Whole Life Challenge and will be doing it for the full 8 weeks. I'm loving being on a paleo diet so far I feel so mach healthier and better. I st:11 struggle with food.... alot. eating isn't easy. I still want to fast but now I have a reason not to. In definitely on my way to a healthier me. Its tough, but going to be so worth it! I'll update about the whole Life Challenge as the next 8 weeks go by. In other news, I have agreed to take in a 15 year old girl as my own, and I an getting ready for her to move in on the 4th. This is going to be a huge change in my life So Stay tuned for updates on that, as its sure to be a funny, interesting and emotional journey. Thinks for taking the time to read!
