I recently had the pleasure of meeting and listening to the story of one of the co-founders and co-CEOs of the eyeglass company @warbyparker , Neil Blumenthal. I found his story of building and growing what is the now very successful eyeglass brand to be extremely inspiring. - What I found most inspiring was Neil’s dedication to giving back to others in need. Warby Parker has really been a leader for socially conscious businesses. They’ve given over 5 million glasses to children and adults in underdeveloped countries all over the world, as well as free eye exams and glasses to schoolchildren. Being able to see clearly is a basic human right and can drastically improve our performance in work and in our lives.
