June 5th, 2017
Alright. So my illness is over and I am completely free of medical care now, so I decided to start working out and getting healthy again tomorrow. I recognised that my body transformed in the time I couldn't work out. And that makes me really angry. Like: I was at my best considering workouts and healthy eating and then I had to be ill and take antibiotics. So hopefully I will see results really quick when I'll start again tomorrow! Stay fit and healthy, guys!

May 19th, 2017
Update: So... I couldn't workout since Wednesday because I got pretty ill and even have to take antibiotics. I couldn't eat for two days and my body feels really weak. It is such a shame. I was at my best, but can't go on now. I guess/hope my illness will be over on Monday, so I can slowly start working out again soon! Stay healthy!

So I decided do quit my diet after day 5, or rather I change it. I am going to continue eating healthy, but I got kinda sick of the same meals everyday, especially of the oatmeal for dinner. So today I made a pretty delicious, pretty healthy and all vegetarian breakfast! It is one roll with half an avocado, one sliced egg and oiled dried tomatoes. And I sweae it was sooo tasty!

I can not stress it enough:
IT IS NOT A DIET, IT IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!! I absolutely hate when people are like “oh yeah you can’t have that because you’re on a diet”. No. I can have whatever I want, I don’t want that unhealthy food because I’m changing my life by loving my body and fuelling it with what it needs. Okay? Okay.
