A typical day in my life
I usually wake up at 7:00 and do my workout routine right away for maximum 45 minutes and then I took a shower drink my lemon water and get ready for the day by 10:00.
I then go to work from 11:00 to 1:00 at a restaurant after that I have classes from 2:00 to 6:00 and then again I take bus to work and i get off at 8:00.
My night routine usually follows by doing my homework writing my journal and doing skin care. I am in bed by 1:00.

Weekend blues馃槰
How to deal with it?
If you鈥檙e feeling sunday blues you鈥檙e not the only one many people are afraid to end the weekend and go into their daliy routine of the week.Instead of being afraid and already tired of the week there are many things you can do on Sunday to kickstart your week feeling energized.
1)Plan your Sunday
You can start your sunday by making a list of things to do that makes you feel productive. It can be anything you don鈥檛 have to follow other people鈥檚 routine make your own.
Here鈥檚 my to do list
Clean my space
Do pilates for an hour
Plan my outfits for the week
Go for a walk in the evening
2) Journaling
One of the best method to calm the dilemmas in your mind is by writing it down. You can journal the worries you have about the coming week. Or you can just write about your day, the things you鈥檙e grateful for and affirmations.
3)Reduce your Screen time
Don鈥檛 spend all your Sunday on phone and social media. Instead of being on the phone all day find new hobbies to do on the weekends or you can enjoy nature make yourself a cup of tea or coffee whatever you like.Being on the phone to distract us is easy but it have opposite effect sometimes we end up more anxious being on social media.

What is pilates? Is it effective?
Pilates is a mind body exercise developed by German physical trainer Joseph pilates after whom it was named. Pilates strengthens the deeper muscles of the core and stabilizes muscles throughout the entire body.
Is it effective?
Pilates may not help you lose weight the way HIT workouts do but it has major benefits. Study have shown people performing pilates had greater improvement in lean mass, fat mass, core strength, and great flexibility. It develops strong connection with mind and body and focuses on posture which is great for people doing desk work.
My experience with pilates have been great. It does takes time to see results but i feel great throughout the day and i have actually seen results compared to before where I used to do intense workouts full week.
