the only reason i know this is because i told me friend "ive been making clay things for 5 hours straight and ive been so focused i forgot i was hungry" and they went "are you upset?" and it hit me like a truck because i realized that, every single time ive gone into these moods where i just focus on one thing and nothing else, i was always sad.
