Almost half of U.S. workers between ages 18 to 64 are employed in low-wage jobs, the Brookings Institution found.

America's unemployment rate is at a half-century low, but it also has a job-quality problem that affects nearly half the population, with a study finding 44% of U.S. workers are employed in low-wage jobs that pay median annual wages of $18,000.

Contrary to popular opinion, these workers aren't teenagers or young adults just starting their careers, write Martha Ross and Nicole Bateman of the Brookings Institution's Metropolitan Policy Program, which conducted the analysis.

For the life of me I cannot believe that the TAZ fandom seemingly just does not care to remember the fact that Magnus canonically got ‘really good’ at conjuration magic early on in the century; however, I can believe that my muse, my love, my disaster daughter Lucretia Adventurezone would absolutely forget to erase it, leaving Magnus with a head full of contextless conjuration knowledge that he believes is just. like, y’know. common knowledge?

Magnus ‘finds’ (summons) ‘dogs’ (fey creatures) and insists they were already here, he’s just knows how to coax animals out of hiding, he’s proficient, and anyways this is proof there are dogs on the moon so really it’s cruel of Lucretia to banish them. She is rapidly running out of excuses and resorts to dumping a copy of “find familiar” into Juniors tank, horribly confusing everyone who had already cast it and causing a notable uptick in familiars post-story.

Magnus teleports during training and spends the next thirty minutes arguing with Kilian that that’s not magic he’s just, like, really fast.   

Just… more Magnus who doesn’t remember he’s also a wizard. Play with me in this space. 

“Cars” reboot in the style of the movie “Cats” and all the cars are just humans walking around naked but with a metallic sheen and they have wheels at the end of their limbs. Their faces are human faces but with car headlights instead of eyes.
