I’ve been gone for a while, but I’ve lost 12 pounds, so here is what I’ve been doing:
I’ve started eating protein bars because it helps me stay full.
I bought a 40oz water bottle and have been drinking more water.
I’m drinking smoothies almost everyday.
I have been eating fish with a tiny bit of rice to keep me full.
When I eat a snack I choose individually wrapped snacks.
I’ve been keeping myself more busy by studying and going out.
I’ve made the gym a better experience for myself, so I go more often.
I just got a job at an athletic store, and I know this is going to be really good for me because I can easily go to the gym after since I’m already dressed and ready.
My next goal is to reach 155 pounds by next month. Lets see if I can do it.

Let the voice inside your head take over.
If it says you can’t eat that, then you can’t eat that.
It’s only trying to help you, so let it.

Tip #2 eat in volume instead.
For example, the soup I make is very low in calories and it includes: chicken, celery, carrots, and potatoes. It’s pretty healthy and one bowl fills me.
Another example is salad. Add a lot of greens and a little bit of dressing (little bit of dressing won’t kill you, I promise) and it will keep you full for hours.
