been drinking this caramel macchiato for ages now thought it had 60 calories in, just found out it acc has 150cals literally earth shattering. thats sm for a drink. I usually try to avoid drink calories all together wth!

Help me lose more weight <3
been losing 2kg a week, im pretty happy with it but i feel like i could be losing more, i eat between 200 - 900 cals a day, one day a week i usually push it up to 1100 but overall i still try and aim for a low intake of calories, and i mostly walk to burn calories. any advice on how i could lose more than just 2kg a week??

was at the shops buying rice cakes and salad to eat later, the urge I had to just buy junk food instead, I was so close to it but managed to ignore the urge, it was hard but i felt so motivated and proud of myself afterwards. so instead of heading to the kitchen and choosing your cravings over your desire to lose weight, stay where you are and distract yourself. remember the cravings will pass and you'll be a step closer to your goal. If you do give in to your cravings, what happens after? you sit around and sulk about it and move on with the "i'll start again tomorrow" mindset. I'm sure you've said that to yourself too many times for it to be true.

Packaged and processed food is known for being super unhealthy however its literally almost all i eat because it has the calories on the package. Like I experience so much stress when it comes to eating homemade food even if i know its healthy and low in calorie because I don't know the exact amount of calories. My mum made a salad with only veg and eggs, nothing else which i knew was super low in calories just from looking at it but i couldn't eat it because I didn't know exactly how much so I settled for half of a tesco meal deal salad even though im pretty sure it had more calories than the homemade salad 😭 anyone else do this?

Ana rules Ive set for myself
Chew each bite 30 times
Drink water before and during eating
Exercise after every meal or snack (walking or workout)
Eat in small portions no matter how hungry you are
Only eat off of small plates
Take a bite and put the fork down, eat slowly
Stop eating when not hungry. Even if theres a lot of food left
Past calorie limit and still hungry? Chew gum or eat ice <3
Fast for 12 hours before any food related event
No fast food if this rule is broken I have to purge it ALL up.
Burn every calorie eaten

I have bpd (eupd here in the uk) and I literally OBSESS over my best friend, like its this unhealthy obsession that makes me feel like I'm going insane. They haven't replied in 10 minutes? my heart feels crushed as I sit waiting for them to reply. My whole existence, thoughts and feelings depend on this person. Since my eating disorder has been getting worse, Its almost cured my obsession. I'm too busy obsessing over food, working out and losing weight that there's no time to overthink about this person, so despite the absolute insanity that comes from always thinking about food at least I no longer have to worry about the effects from obsessing over a person <3!

purging can feel so godamn euphoric. knowing you've rid yourself of the enemy: food. knowing you're falling further and further into your eating disorder can be strangely comforting and motivating. The validation that you're getting closer to your goal after purging is my favourite feeling <3
