Last one here is the Generations Comic Edition Grimlock. Now, yes, this figure does look good and all but, this is yet another attempt for Hasbro to be super lazy. This is clearly just a flat out color swap of the Studio Series 86' leader class Grimlock. Yes, I know that they'd have no reason to make a new Grimlock figure just for this comic book edition, especially since that SS86 one is a really solid figure. I just am tired of Hasbro just throwing new paint on an old figure and asking $60 for it. I think that is ridiculous and lazy and I am sorry if people don't agree and use the excuse that Hasbro has done that forever with Transformers but, it doesn't matter because it's still really lazy of Hasbro. Grimlock has a price of $59.99 with an approximate release date of August 1st 2024.

Up next here is the Legacy United voyager class Cybertron Universe Vector Prime. Now, this is one I was definitely not expecting them to do and I am all for this, I am all for more figures of the other Primes aside from Optimus Prime and this looks great to me. The robot is great and I love that ship mode. The sword looks cool too. Yeah, I am 100% all for this and definitely am going to try to get one. Vector Prime has a price of $35.99 with an approximate release date of October 2024.

The next one here is the Legacy United deluxe class Infernac Universe Nucleous. To be frank, I had a guess that it wouldn't take them all that long before they started to pump out retools for this Universe as well and here we are with a retool of that Magneous figure and, in my opinion, I'd rather have that figure than this. The white and gold is just super ugly and that head isn't doing this figure any favors either. The vehicle mode is super ugly too, just all of this figure is really ugly and I don't like it and won't be getting one. Nucleous has a price of $25.99 with an approximate release date of September 2024.

The next one here is the Legacy United deluxe class Cybertron Universe Hot Shot. Now, this one looks really fantastic! The robot mode looks good, the vehicle mode looks good and really cool. I really like that he comes with an actual Cyber Planet Key which is something that previous Cybertron Universe figures did not have so, good on them for doing that for this one. I definitely am going to try to get one of these. Hot Shot has a price of $25.99 with an approximate release date of September 2024.

Coming in with new Transformers is the Legacy United deluxe class RID 2001 Universe Side Burn. This is a repaint and slight retool of the Cyberverse Universe deluxe class Shadow Striker figure and I think they missed the mark with this as I don't think that they really did all that much to make it all that different from that Shadow Striker figure. I am fairly certain this is just a head and color and that's it. It's kind of sad that they are just not even trying anymore. Side Burn has a price of $25.99 with an approximate release date of September 2024.

I am going to admit that despite the mostly negative attention that Gotham Knights has received, there's apart of me that was very curious about it and so I took a chance it and...I lasted a whole two hours before I couldn't take any more of.
Now, I didn't think the game was bad no, Gotham Knight commits the sin of being utterly boring. In the opening moments of the game, I was having fun learning the mechanics and I did a couple nights of patrol and this is where the fun wore off. It wore off because on the two nights I was out on patrol, you just did the same busy work each time. Yes, it was just busy work, like in Arkham Origins but worse. See, the map has these white triangles that represent various crimes in progress that you can stop but these are ultimately meaningless.
That's because there are more important crimes in progress, ones that have recommended levels and difficulty tied to them. Examples are rescuing civilians that have been kidnapped and have bombs attached to them, stopping criminals trying to break out other criminals that are being transports and so on. I did some of these on my first night of patrol, came back for the second night and had more of the same ones just in different locations and I just find that really boring. Like with Arkham City and Arkham Origins, I just want to focus on the main story and do side stuff after that. But, Gotham Knights makes you grind out a bunch of side crap just to be able to reach the next main story point and I am not a fan of that.
The other thing I don't like is how experience is character based. The first night I went out as Batgirl and I reached level two. The second night I went out at Nightwing and managed to get him to level four. But, if I were to go out again as Batgirl, she'd still be level two. You have four characters that someone can play as and you expect them to level each one of them individually? No, that's really stupid. Had the game actually kept me interested, I would have just played the whole thing as Nightwing and not worried about the others.
A small combat related thing. I mentioned before that Gotham Knights was developed by WB Montreal, the same ones behind Arkham Origins. So, tell me why, when it comes to combat, did they remove the counter? Yea, you can't counter enemy attacks, you can only evade them and I think that's stupid considering that all four of these character were trained by Batman.
That is just my experience with the couple of hours I spent with Gotham Knights. I think it's boring and not worth the time.

Coming off of Arkham City, I decided to give Arkham Origins a go for the first time and I could not finish this one as it just made me too frustrated. Despite that, there are still some things I liked which really amounts to all the stuff they took from Arkham City and put into this game. The free flow combat, the gadgets, gliding around and so on. Heck, I was not even bothered by the different voice for Batman as I think it's very fitting since Batman is only in his second year of crime fighting.
But, the things that I did not like about my time with the game far outweighs anything else I could say. The boss fights are just bad in my opinion. The worst of them is Deathstroke. I died so many times. So. Many. Times. He has like three phases and what I didn't know until I looked it up is that, in the second phase, the point I was constantly dying, that you basically have to wait for him to attack, counter it and then do anywhere between one to four hits and that's what you have to do for the second and third phases and wish that there had been a hint during the fight relating to that. The fight against Bane was also very frustrating too. I knew I had to do the ultra cape stun but what I didn't realize is that there are moments where I had to specifically jump over and get behind him to do the ultra cape stun.
But, to me, the biggest negative that Origins commits is having so much busy work. Now, I know that Arkham City had the Riddler trophies but, aside from side mission, that was really it. Origins takes it to a whole different extreme. First, there's the comms towers that you have to deal with if you want to be able to use the fast travel points. Once you do those, each area will have ten signal jammers that you can take out which I still have no idea what those did. Then you have Enigma data handlers that you'd question to be able to see the location of Enigma data packs in each area and there are a lot of those. Finally, you have Penguin weapon cache's that I don't remember how many there are in each area but they exist. I just don't understand why WB Montreal thinks that keeping players engaged in an open world game is done by collecting a bunch of crap and that is why I call it busy work because it's not at all fun. Yes, I know it's optional, minus the comms towers, but I still don't like it.
But, yea, Arkham Origins just was not fun and that's why I couldn't bring myself to finish it.

I recently play Batman: Arkham City, a game that I first played back when it came out on the PS3, and so now I just want to talk about my recent experience with the game as it's been so long that this felt like the first time I played it.
Things I Liked:
The true feeling of being Batman
The sound effects they added when you're beating on criminals really puts weight into every single punch and kick.
The gadgets that also add to making you feel like Batman. There are so many different ways you can use them in any situation that the game throws your way.
Zipping and/or gliding around is such a fun feeling.
Really good enemy progression. You have basic melee thugs, thugs with guns that you shouldn't approach from the front, thugs wearing body armor that you have to stun first, thugs with edged weapons that require a special dodge, bigger thugs that require the ultra stun a few times, thugs with nightvision goggles that didn't really help them, thugs that place mines, bigger thugs with shields that require a different kind of stun and so on. The enemy progression is done so well.
The few boss fights were not as bad as I was expecting, with the exception of one.
The free flow combat just works so well. Having Batman just float from enemy to enemy in groups is just so nice.
The Catwoman sections were really nice as she plays so much different from Batman, it was nice having her sections breaking up the Batman sections.
Getting to play as Robin in the beginning of the Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC was very fun.
Things I Did Not Like:
The Trials Of The Demon. I absolutely hated this because of the going from doing a dive bomb to having to pull up because sometimes the controls just fought me and I died over and over in this part. Easily the worst part of the game for me.
The many times of having to be grappling or gliding around playing hot or cold with a variety of things. Whether I was tracking a signal or tracking the coldest part of Gotham to locate Mr. Freeze. It wouldn't be so annoying if it happened like twice but, it happens like four or five times and just got annoying. It honestly felt like padding the game's run time with how much they make you do this.
The final fight against Clayface was really frustrating because of the fact that in the second phase, Clayface has an attack that happens so fast after another attack that there is no possible way to be able to dodge it. I think that it's not fair that you are stuck taking this damage because it's not avoidable.
Overall, Arkham City is a classic and is a must play for anyone, especially if you're a Batman fan. Arkham City is a good an enjoyable game that is definitely worth playing.

With the reveal of the trailer for Transformers One, we got a look at some of the toy line for the movie. Of course, in my opinion, the most important one of what they revealed is the one here, the Studio Series deluxe class Optimus Prime as they appear in Transformers One. I think that the thing that I find that is the most surprising is that it's a deluxe class. Typically, Prime's are usually voyager class, or leader class if they come with their trailer so, it's a bit surprising to me that the Transformers One Prime for Studio Series is a deluxe class.
But, I think that this Prime looks pretty good. I will say, I am not the biggest fan of the grey on the forearms but, it's not all that bad. Like, I am just used to Prime's arms being all red but, I do believe that this is accurate to Transformers One. The vehicle mode looks good too. It's a very good take on that classic Prime truck with a bit of that Cybertronian influence to it, kinda like Prime's look from War For Cybertron Siege. I definitely want to get this Prime and I hope that we get to see more of the Transformers One characters in Studio Series soon. This Optimus Prime has a price of $25.99 with an approximate release of September 2024.

IT'S FINALLY HERE!!!!!!!! The trailer for Transformers One! Okay, yes, the folks in the Transformers fandom are divided on a lot of aspects of this movie.
The first thing and most obvious is the voice cast. Now, admittedly, I was very...timid on this when I just saw the names associated with this movie before this trailer. But, I have to say that now that I've seen the trailer, I really don't have any issues with the voice cast. Hemsworth doesn't even sound like himself here. I honestly think it works, I really do.
The second thing is just the tone of the movie. There are a lot of jokes and we see that in the trailer. It's comedy on the level of what the MCU movies do and I really don't see it as a problem. I believe that the movie will have it's share of very serious moments and I think that works for a movie like this. Plus, I don't see why a Transformers movie has to be dark and gritty all the time and why it can't have humor like we see in the trailer here.
I really like the animation too. I think it looks very nice and I am overall looking forward to this movie and will probably see it in theaters when it releases.

So, having used the Google Play Games Beta on PC for a while now, I have come to the conclusion that it is one of the most useless and pointless platforms on PC. It's kind of funny given the amount of advertising that Google has put into it but, I feel like no one at Google is actively working on this anymore.
This has become my biggest issue with it is that, for as long as I've had, nothing has really changed and that's a big problem. It's has the exact same selection of games on these since I've started using it probably 4 months ago. That's not to say that there are not good mobile games on the PC version, but there needs to be more. I don't understand why they don't have a schedule for adding more and more mobile games to the platform on PC.
It especially doesn't make sense when their advertisement boast about having better controls and graphics options and yet, they don't have many games that really utilize this. Could you imagine how a mobile game like Call Of Duty Mobile could benefit from being on the PC? Getting to use keyboard and mouse or any controller to play it? I bet some of the fighting games like Marvel's Contest Of Champions or Transformers: Forged To Fight could greatly benefit from this as well.
Honestly, at this point, unless Google does something big to Google Play Games on PC, I feel like this will just turn into a wasted effort on their part.

I recently made this image with a picture that I took of my recently acquired Marvel Legends Iron Man Mark 85 figure!
Honestly, it's an alright figure. The articulation is pretty lack but, the last Iron Man figure for me was the Extremis one as that figure could pose. This one feels like a lot of MCU Iron Man figures where it feels like it's meant to only be in specific pose and that's it. Like, I would recommend picking this up but I'd wait to get it somewhere cheaper honestly.

It's 2007, one of the best years of gaming. You had a lot of heavy hitters like Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Rock Band, Bioshock, Halo 3, Portal, Crysis, Super Mario Galaxy, God Of War III, The Witcher, Mass Effect, Half-Life 2: Episode 2, LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, The Legend Of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and so on. Yet, out of all those games, I chose to play through an outright class, Medal Of Honor Airborne. Yes, CoD may have been going all Modern Warfare on everyone and Medal of Honor is over still doing WWII games.
So, what sets Airborne apart from other WWII Medal Of Honor games? Well, you get to jump out of a plane at the start of every mission and every single time you die, you do the jump again, with some exceptions. To be honest, I find the jumping mechanic to be poorly explained. The tutorial explains stuff pretty poorly in my opinion because it makes you jump like three times and then you're done and it doesn't matter if you do the landings really well or really poorly either. I pretty much botched every landing I did in the game and I did not care at all because it's not like that affects me during the mission. Ultimately, I found the jumping mechanic to be pretty pointless as it doesn't affect anything at all.
The games runs well enough. There are some visual glitches that don't harm the game but, make it kind of funny. In the very last campaign mission, there were elevator platforms with crates on them that were just popping in and out of existence and when I'd stand on them, it would make my weapons do the same thing too. I just would it kind of funny when stuff like that would happen.
The AI is absolutely stupid af. More than half the time, my ally soldiers would just go to spots and stay there so I am charging into groups of enemies by myself most of the time. When it's just basic enemies, that was fine because I could handle it. But, when it's a section like the bridge where there are like ten guys with rocket launchers and a damn tank...that makes my life just a smallest bit more difficult when my allies are absolutely useless. I know it's a game from 2007 but, that the could be a little bit better.
Outside of those few things, Airborne isn't all that bad of a game. It doesn't even look all that dated graphically, especially if you play any of the other games that I mentioned at the start. Plus, despite only having like five campaign levels, those levels are like 40 minutes long because they give you these large maps with four or five objectives to hit on each map and I really like that a lot. Kind of reminds me of Battlefield V only having five campaign that were an hour or more long because of having multiple objectives on them. I'd definitely recommend playing this game if you have not.

Something that I find interesting in the long standing argument of Marvel VS DC, most people only ever compare the movies and the TV shows. The thing that I feel like that people don't ever bother to compare is the video games and so I want to do that.
Now, I am going to say that both Marvel and DC have their quantities of down right garbage movie, TV show and cartoon tie in games that are not worth mentioning at all by name because there are just so many. Now, I do think that DC stopped making these sooner as Marvel didn't stop until after The Winter Soldier's release.
Of course, both Marvel & DC have their LEGO games which, are excellent games for both of these two.
Marvel LEGO Games:
LEGO Marvel's Avengers
LEGO Marvel Superheroes
LEGO Marvel Superheroes
DC LEGO Games:
LEGO Batman: The Video Game
LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes
LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
LEGO DC Super-Villians
Now, those are not the real, big cheese games within the Marvel and DC franchises, are they? No, no, no, we have to go much, much bigger here. What are the heavy hitter games for Marvel and DC?
DC Heavy Hitters:
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Batman: Arkham City
Batman: Arkham Origins
Batman: Arkham Knight
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League
Gotham Knights
Injustice: Gods Among Us
Injustice 2
Batman: The Telltale Series
Batman: The Enemy Within
Marvel Heavy Hitters:
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3
Marvel VS Capcom: Clash Of Superheroes
Marvel VS Capcom 2: New Age Of Heroes
Marvel VS Capcom 3: Fate Of Two Worlds
Marvel VS Capcom Infinite
Guardians Of The Galaxy
Guardian Of The Galaxy: The Telltale Series
Marvel's Spider-Man
Marvel's Spider Man Miles Morales
Marvel's Spider-Man 2
Marvel's Avengers
Now, I am sure that I missed something and I sure that people will let me know what I missed. Of course, both of these lists have their stinkers like Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League and Gotham Knights for DC and the Crystal Dynamics Marvel's Avengers for Marvel. Each is the same number of games but, what it really comes down to is the quality of those remaining games and I can only speak on the ones I've played.
DC Games I've played:
LEGO Batman: The Video Game
LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes
LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
LEGO DC Super-Villains
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Batman: Arkham City
Injustice: Gods Among Us
Injustice 2
Marvel Games I've Played:
LEGO Marvel Superheroes
LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2
LEGO Marvel's Avengers
Guardians Of The Galaxy: The Telltale Series
I don't know, most of the Marvel games have just been really not interesting to me personally. I personally think that both have their good and bad games and that it's really up to the individual.

I recently played Stray and I have to say that it's nice to experience a game that, for me, comes with only a few negative things about my own experience and so I am going to just talk about my experience with Stray.
Things I Like:
You are a freaking cat who is so cute.
You can meow at the robots.
You can knead different things which is very amusing.
You can just flat out take naps places with is super cute.
Ruining a game of Mohjang is very fun!
You have B-12 to help you with a lot of things and that comes in handy when you're just a cat.
The love the design of the robots.
I love how each robot has a unique personality to them.
I think that the game is the perfect balance of being not too long and not too short.
The clear contrast between each area. The slums are very dirty but the robots kind of govern themselves. That place after the Sewers has lots of nature. Midtown is very clean and the robots seem to be more educated in the sense that they know what a cat is. It's a very interesting contrast.
Things I Did Not Like:
I think that navigation in certain areas, mostly Midtown, was pretty confusing. Now, yes, the NPCs do tell you where to go but, the slums was full of visual indicators as to where to go, things like neon signs and strings of lights which is pretty nice early in the game. But, once you hit Midtown, they greatly lessen that plus, for me that place was just generally confusing to navigate. I like having some sort of map in a place like Midtown would have made things a bit less confusing for me.
WHY DID B-12 HAVE TO SACRIFICE THEMSELF??? WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GO TO THE OUTSIDE TOGETHER!!!!
Yes, Stray is a wonderful game and I think it is a game that should be enjoyed and experienced by as many people as possible.

Following up my playing of the RE4 remake, I went ahead and played through and completed Resident Evil 5 and I am going to talk about my own experience with the game.
Things I Did Not Like:
You can't shoot and move.
You can't reload and move.
Pressing one key or combination of keys while trying to shoot doesn't register. Example, during the giant boss fight, pressing A+D to dodge while shooting the turret make the dodge press not register, leading to instantly being killed.
You can't expand inventory space at all. Sure, you have two people's inventory but it doesn't leave room when you need healing items and weapons and ammo for those weapons. I basically had to set them up so one person was the weapon master and the other had like two weapons but carried all the healing items and grenades. I feel like this is something you have to do.
Bigger enemies and bosses can very easily one hit kill you.
The tone. This game is full on military shooter and has zero horror tone to it at all. I really wish that in this era, Capcom spent less time trying to appeal to North American audiences by changing the core of one of their most popular franchises.
Things I Am Neutral On:
I am putting this here because I don't know where else to put it. But, I wish that there was more enemy variety. Like, we had the basic enemies where the only variation was later in the game when they could shoot back at me or explode. There was the bugs that saw no variation at all. There was the chainsaw enemies that they really only use in two parts of the game. There was the big bat looking boss enemy that shows up twice. Then you have that giant and then the final fight against Wesker and that's it. I believe only once did one of the basic enemies would sprout plagus like the enemies in RE4 did. I don't know, I feel like they just did do much with the enemy variety here.
Thing I Liked:
I found the puzzles to be much easier in this game than the puzzles in RE4.
It was nice to have an actually competent partner with Sheva and not some useless one like Ashley was in RE4.
The game as a whole was a lot less frustrating for me than both RE4 and RE6 were and that is something I really appreciate.
Overall, I did enjoy my time playing Resident Evil 5, even with some of those glaring, basic, mechanical issues. I would honestly recommend playing RE5 as well as I did enjoy my time with it.
