as much as i share 4n4 tips. please always remember the rule of three. this will help you stay safe!
never fast longer than 3 days- you will be vulnerable to redeeming syndrome which can literally kill you.
never go without water for 3 days- you will get severely hydrated and your body will start to shut down. ESPECIALLY in the hot weather
remember you want to be thin not dead. you鈥檒l still look fat at your funeral if you die now. take care of your body!

here鈥檚 how i started cutting down my intake and i went from 2000c4ls a day to 200/250 in 3 months! i hope this helps
1) start to cut snacking down completely, it鈥檚 unnecessary calories. say you eat two meals a day and have 3 snacks in between, 1st week, have 2 snacks, 2nd week have 1 snack until you are completely down to two meals. and you can comfortably only eat two meals a day. snacking is a thing of the past now. it will become easier and easier to remind yourself that this is unnecessary calories your body doesn鈥檛 need.
2) make your meal sizes smaller, i did this by getting a smaller plate. you will feel like you鈥檙e eating a whole meal for a lesser price. your body will learn and adapt, it will start to make you feel full off of these smaller meals.
3) now is where the c4ls come in, start to lower your intake slowly, i started off by dropping 300 c4ls every week until i reached 800 then i started dropping 100 every week. do this at your own pace, whatever you feel most comfortable with is what will work. if you are putting too much pressure on yourself you may have binge periods, i learnt this the hard way. when you鈥檙e starting you want to make this as easy as possible for yourself. DONT go from 1500 to 150 in the space of a week. it won鈥檛 work. it will only be temporary. this will make it long lasting.
4) while you are slowly dropping these cals, continue to make your meal sizes smaller. it will make it easier, helping your body and brain to adapt once you are comfortable with this it will become easier.
and there you have it! you have gotten down to your desired daily intake. doing this helped me to lose around 15 kg maybe more.

i think that we all should be allowed to bend the rules of fasting and make rules that fit for our own bodies, especially if you鈥檙e doing it for a long period of time.
like if you know that your body usually functions better when you eat, then allow the exception of at least 100 calories while you鈥檙e fasting. there鈥檚 nothing wrong with that!
your progress won鈥檛 be ruined from eating something as tiny as a fruit or oatmeal while fasting <3
