Instead, a driver carries spare fuel on board which he uses when the buses run out of fuel and huffs and splutters to a stop right in the middle of the road. This practice also causes unnecessary traffic jams on our roads because the vehicles behind get backed up and only start moving again when the offending bus has been refueled. Meeting at @the_makokola_retreat. As I was paying my bill at the temporary reception area, in came Atupele. He beamed at me and I beamed back as we shook hands. "Have you come for ...?"
