New one for NJ Monthly, about Newark being a leading edge technologically connected city. This was one of the more fun pieces I've worked on lately- Newark's old architecture combined with modern tech.

Honored to illustrate the cover of Nautilus Magazine, on "Reimagining Time." What if time travel *did* exist, how could it?
I hope it's clear it's a city map (with highways, roads, suburbs and even an airport) emerging as the boy's light and from a tree.
Special thanks to art director Len Small the opportunity!

(Top) Opening interactive illustration for Spectrum News, for a series of articles about parents and doctors working together to study and find cures for autism. Each color segment corresponds to the colors of the illustrations. *My twins play with this exact toy, which inspired the idea.
(Second) For article on parents who grow marijuana and give it to their children with autism. It reduces their anxiety and outbursts. Many *pots* in this illo.
(Third & fourth) “The Seekers." Series for article about parents that turn to unproven fringe therapies like faith healers and psychics.
(Fifth, Sixth & Seventh) "The Innovators." Series for article about "N of One" research by parents, conducted on one individual patient as opposed to many (often their own child).
(Eighth) "The Builders." For article about parents who helped build their own autism research institute and set their own agenda.

This is the first piece of a series of illustrations for the Boston Globe Op-Ed over the next few weeks/months. The series is on "sustainable development"- economic policy works best when it focuses on growth, social fairness and environmental sustainability.
