In the last two weeks, Trump has posted on his own platform, Truth Social, at least 258 times, attacking his political foes, pushing election misinformation, and promoting the QAnon conspiracy theory
In a new interview, Meta global affairs president Nick Clegg indicated that Facebook might end former President Donald Trump’s suspension in January without considering the accuracy of his content. Trump’s recent activity on Truth Social, along with his social media behavior before and since his suspension, shows that Trump would just use Facebook to push misinformation and extreme rhetoric to the platform’s large user base.
On September 22, Clegg, who is in charge of content moderation policy for the company,  told Semafor editor-at-large Steve Clemons that Facebook could allow Trump back on the platform in January, emphasizing that the “accuracy or sentiment about” his content was not a “driving factor” in the decision:
Former President Donald Trump could be allowed back on Facebook once a suspension of his account expires in 2023, Nick Clegg of parent company Meta Platforms, said Thursday at an exclusive Semafor Exchange event in Washington, DC.

The Ten Pillars of Fascist Politics by Jason Stanley
Above is a July 6, 2021 twitter thread by Yale philosophy professor Jason Stanley, PhD, which outlines the 10 pillars of fascist politics. It shows just how fascist most of the Republican Party has become under Trump’s leadership. The current MAGA GQP has incorporated each of the above 10 pillars into its talking points and philosophy.
This is why the GQP has been up in arms about Biden accurately calling their Trumpist political ideology “semi-fascism.”
Feel free to share this with your relatives and friends who want to defend the direction the GQP has been going in. [Just be prepared when they counterattack to explain why the Democratic Party is not “communist” or “socialist,” but a center left political party, with its most extreme members being social democrats (even Bernie Sanders and AOC aren’t really democratic socialists)].
[edited]

Note: The visual formatting of how the original tweet in the thread appears, as well as the visual formatting of pillars number 2 - 9 were modified from their source; furthermore, the translation of “ARBEIT MACH FREI” AS “WORK MAKES ONE FREE” was added to pillar #10.

If anyone deserves a raise it’s the employee from four seasons total landscaping who answered the phone and went “yup, we can set up a podium and everything” and just acted like nothing was out of the ordinary.

According to MSNBC political analyst Zeeshan Aleem, Donald Trump's claim that he will pardon the Jan. 6 rioters if he is re-elected in 2024 is nothing less than a recruitment pitch for another Capitol insurrection with true believers thinking they will be absolved of all criminal acts if they help him take control of the government.
Earlier in the week, the former president told far-right Newsmax host Wendy Bell that he has been financially supporting some of the Jan. 6 rioters and then said of them, "It’s a disgrace what they’ve done to them... if I win, I will be looking very, very strongly about pardons, full pardons.”
According to Aleem, those comments not only give hope to those who have been convicted of rioting and damage to property, among other charges but will be seen as a promise to another wave of his defenders who want to see him installed in the Oval Office again.
As the analyst notes: "Trump is sending out a signal — one which his most devoted supporters will surely take note of."
