@catreginae​ Honestly I think tumblr is a horrible social platform for anyone even remotely introverted, it's incredibly difficult to develop stable friendships on this kind of site, where everything can be passed by with barely a glance. I don't think you should look too far into it though, I know there are people that love you and your work, heck I'm one of them (this is my main account, my side blog is @fiercedeity-decendent-valora​) sometimes people aren’t comfortable with reaching out to others on the internet, I know I rarely do, heck I rarely talk to people irl, even my bf, but that doesn’t mean i dont care about people. And on the being paranoid thing, that’s more than fair, especially when you dont know them very well.

i need some coping methods for when religion pisses me off.

and like, I still feel paranoid that if people actually knew what I was into, they wouldn't like me because my views on religion is pretty jades and cynical. I don't have many friends on tumblr anymore (because hardly anybody fucking talks to me unless I reach out first because I'm not even a blip on their radar) but I'm still uncomfortable with them sometimes when I see who they interact with.

i remember when tumblr was just another place where I put my my fanfics. i want to go back to that so badly. whoops, my fucking bad for wanting friends. my bad for wanting people to check in on me for once just to know that somebody cares. i'm so tired of being forgotten.

Hi everyone, this is my last semester of uni, and one of my final projects to be able to graduate is to write a scientific paper. I'm writing an article about adult fans of children's animation, specifically Miraculous Ladybug. My goal is to understand what makes adults (like us) want to join fandoms centered around shows aimed primarily at children, and to do that I'd love to hear directly from the source!
