Sonic Foundations
Personally, I'd use Frontiers, Unleashed, and Adventure 1 as a main foundation. But my main focus would be creating a solid, versatile, fresh, and stable gameplay engine that could be used for the next five or ten platformers going forward.

A.I. photos are flooding social media and contributing to an Internet where we can't believe what we see. Spotting A.I. 📷s is an important media literacy skill.
None of us have time to research every image we see. We just need people to notice BEFORE THEY LIKE OR SHARE that an image might be fake. If unsure, check it or don't share.
I've started drawing some comics explaining the basic of AI spot-checking and media literacy in the age of disinformation. Follow along here or on my Twitter.

Something I just thought of.
As much as people want a Sonic collaboration in Fortnite, it'd be tricky. Mainly because Sonic and guns are considered to be a forbidden combo.
If it did happen, the only characters who could be used are Dr. Eggman, E-102 Gamma, and E-123 Omega. Or a soldier of G.U.N.
Shadow (or Sonic, for that matter) wouldn't be a fair pick, however, because of his height (3'3").
Just something to consider.

He copies lines from games because that's all he knows of them. This is because - and I will stop saying this when it stops being true - HE DOES NOT PLAY THE GAMES. He resorts to wikis and whatnot for anything he doesn't know or hasn't experienced, i.e. the games.
People love Ian Flynn because he's better than Pontac and Graff (who also didn't play the games) and because of his Archie tenure, which is the version of Sonic he's actually a fan of.
If Archie hadn't gotten canned, he'd still be writing for that instead. But it did, so he's not, and he's still not over it.

funny that people say Flynn is a good character writer because
uh
he's kind of not. Having characters spout old lines of theirs written by other people does not an inherent understanding of character make. Sonic saying "I'm just a guy who loves adventure" doesn't mean anything if the surrounding narrative doesn't support that assertion.
In addition, he seems to impose premade templates on a wide range of characters - hero; girlboss; chatty side character - and cannot maintain a sense of continuity with OCs' personalities.
He's miffed that he can't make Shadow a conversationalist, someone who solves problems through talking. He completely disregarded Lanolin's cheery plastic facade to make her a #girlboss. When given the reins to Belle, a meek, anxious character, he makes her scream at Starline.
Still can't exactly tell what we're supposed to think of Surge or Starline. Their personalities keep changing to fit the plot. You'd basically have to invent motives for them, because God knows the comic will hem and haw and later act like you're the idiot for not reading between the nonexistent lines
