I had a minor surgery/procedure today I was super nervous about but everything went well!!! everyone was so attentive and nice, it made the experience an absolute breeze and I felt really comfortable and reassured ;;_;; couldn't ask for a better care team!!!
just got a couple days of healing ahead but super blown away...just had to share it out into the world!!! the care team even wrote me a handwritten note and added it in to my stuff ;;_;;
there has been A LOT of personal stuff going on the last couple months but finally getting to chip away at stuff, and getting medical providers that are helping eith the burden... I'm extremely lucky and thankful to have that experience !!!! can’t wait to get back to art…. can’t wait to hopefully feel some kind of relief soon!
#personal#update#there’s been way more stuff going on that’s been the cause of the radio silence and tbh just being a bit burnt out#and focusing on surviving the day to day#but also i can’t believe i’ve been working my day job for a year now ???? time is going So Fast#also extremely lucky everyone at work is so understanding and even with this surgery and stuff they’re like yeah dude rest up#take your time and take another day or two if ya need it#feels nice after so many years of fighting to finally have a medical team that is supportive#and a job that’s flexible#not perfect by any means but wow so helpful#i have a good network rn and i feel extremely lucky!!!#not to mention the moral support my friends have been thru this#ANYWAY IM SAPPY !!! i’ll shut up now lol#thank u for the support everyone#i’ll be back soon ✌🏽

I'm in awe of your interpretations of Sora and RIku's moms because I've been writing up what I thought their parents and home life would be like and your descriptions perfectly match the ones I wrote myself. Makes me feel good that other people get the impression that their lives would be like this too. You said you didn't know if people would care about that post but I care so much!! I preordered procreate dreams. but i was wondering if you’ve heard about & if you’re excited to use it all! since it’s procreates new app, specifically for animating!
i have!!! I haven’t downloaded it yet though
i’m really excited about it but i’m just waiting until some of issues get sorted out… i believe in the dev team, i know a lot of it is just growing pains as they figure out how to streamline it and focus on features people are asking for (like the lasso tool) but im excited about the idea of an animation app that’s way more accessible to folks!

I love drawing moody lighting and characters, things that really have a Vibe ya know? also organic things like leaves, flowers, etc! and of course, queer people in love….

i really want to do a long form comic of some kind..I’ve dabbled here and there on short ones but idk I still haven’t been able to execute what I want to…soon tho…SOON

hmmmm i guess the roundness, colors, and shapes?? I really want to keep pushing it tho ;v; i’m not quite happy with it atm but i’m happy with the progress i’ve made

I feel like it’s just gotten cleaner? the subject matter hasn’t changed much so it’s hard to really point and go “ah yes, here’s a big change”. I’ve changed how i interact with it for sure though, i’m really trying to go back to not worrying so much about and just go with my gut and what i’m feeling… maybe in that way it’s changed…it’s more indulgent!
