Lucky has been officially selected to be a part of this year’s LALIFF (Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival), and will play on Friday, June 2nd (6:45 PM), at the TCL Chinese Theaters (Auditorium 4).

Back in 2021, as @superpkt and I were finishing our new version of #kiddeltoro for #lillibros, I wanted to include an illustration of adult Guillermo holding an Oscar and a super8 camera at the end. We ended up going with a photo of @superpkt’s sculpture of @gdtreal from the #inserviceofmonsters art show I curated back in 2015. This is the sketch I did to pitch the oscar idea based on Pakoto’s sculpture.
