I don't understand people who are okay with just sleeping 4 hours or who eat junk food all day. That's not an accomplishment, it's self harm.

talking about mental health with family is a different kind of intimacy.

idk who needs to hear this but your life needs to be curated to you whenever possible fr. you have to live for you!! find your own mismatched, haphazard, lovely little joys & stop worrying about everyone else.

I got one step closer to a better me today.

I miss those times

Take me back to the time when life felt simpler, when time didn’t fly by as fast as it does today. Back when mobile phones didn’t exist, and you took photos with a digital camera to create a photo album later. When we weren’t prisoners of our phones and social media. When summers felt like they would never end. Those were the days of face-to-face conversations, where memories were made in real-time, not just captured for a fleeting moment on a screen. It was a time when the simple joys of life were cherished, and the beauty of the present moment was fully appreciated.
