“They do this every morning,” the Kyouka groans.
‘This’ being Atsushi taking a seat on the bus, that is, an already taken seat on the bus. The man he had taken a seat on was about the same height Atsushi was, if a bit slimmer, wearing dark clothing and a darker scowl. Atsushi had called him Aku, but it sounded more like a nickname than a real name, so Lucy wasn’t sure what to think.

and akutagawa is surprised but also refuses to back down so he just lets him sit there
and atsushi genuinely thought he'd like get irritated or at least move but he didn't and atsushi knows its a pride thing and he refuses to back down too so he stays
