For me, depression is like a situation that will never end. I didn’t get into this situation of my own free will and I live this moment day after day. Every day. I'm in pain, I'm tired, I'm anxious, I'm scared and I don't care. There are so many different selves and not one positive one.

It's like I have several eyes to monitor the situation, but not a single hand to correct it.
