I ACTUALLY DID IT <3
IM BACK. HOOBOY. and after more than a year!
Day… I’M NOT SURE ANYMORE LOL
wow, I realized I stopped updating this the moment I got swallowed up by my mental health. I literally lost all hope, threw my diet in the air and cried for weeks. Oh yeah, during that time, I also got diagnosed with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which explained why i had such a DAMN HARD EFFING TIME losing weight during my journey a year ago.
frustration piled up after frustration, and I just gave up on life..
until I accidentally did something. I cut out one meal from my plan(which I continued following using even when I was off my coach’s plan). all of a sudden, I started losing weight. like magic. IDK man, I don’t know how to explain, but all of a sudden it just worked.
and so stoked with the progress i got, I continued with it, and eventually enrolled with my coach again, got back to training MMA, and presently, I’ve managed to slim myself to THIS:
I DID IT. I ACTUALLY DID IT. from my past weight of 74-75kg, down to 58-59kg
It’s taken a better turn, and my mental health has improved coz of this. I’m well on my way back to my chosen “path”
I honestly still have problems losing that last bit of core flabs (probably because my PCOS just hinders me from losing this stubborn part), but the journey continues :)
this isn’t “just a diet” for me anymore. it’s become a LIFESTYLE, and I’ve never been happier to have stumbled on this journey along.
and my journey, #ProjectSupremeThunder, continues…

we shot a one take video of me “interrogating” Vigil/Dom with no plans on what to do with the footage, so i went ahead and just memefied it LOL.
I know it’s weird I interrogated a fellow defender, but Vigil was the only one able to fall down on the floor without his costume falling apart so he bravely volunteered to be interrogated here. many thanks to doms!
(I also apologize for the huge watermark on the video, but I had to because in my experience, some people have a bad habit of RIPPING videos off pages to post it on their own page without permission nor mention)

what a great day to remember that:
Blake followed Yang through the Emerald Forest from the shadows before stepping in to take out the second Ursa and make eye contact - deliberately choosing Yang as her partner
Yang was the only one able to break through Blake’s destructive, obsessive spiral and convince her to rest, by sharing something deeply personal about her past (in fact Blake’s the only character Yang has spoken to about Raven that didn’t already know who Raven was), and making it clear attending the dance was optional as Blake resting was her main concern
Blake not only took Yang up on an offer of a dance, but ensured it was her first dance of the night (and this was Yang’s only dance of the night too, as she went back to welcoming guests and then watching the dancefloor from the balcony)
When Blake expresses doubts in herself while in Mountain Glenn, Yang is quick to compliment a trait of Blake’s that she admires (even if Blake herself can’t see it)
Blake stands to applaud Yang’s victory in the first round of the finals
Following the incident with Mercury, it’s thinking that Blake has lost faith in her that causes Yang to burst into tears. additionally, acknowledging that her doubts are brought on by a fear of her history with Adam repeating herself, she trusts in Yang’s word
On two separate occasions Blake has been stated to love Yang (”I will destroy everything you love […] starting with her” and “Ruby, Weiss, Yang… they were my friends! I loved them like I never thought I could love anybody” - with a notable voice crack on Yang’s name)
To expand on one of the things quoted above - Blake is saying she cares more about her team than she does about anyone else (which, given how she chose Yang in the forest, rings quite a bit of how the bonds of found family can be stronger than those of the obligation of blood relatives, because they’re something you choose)
Blake holding Yang’s hand and sobbing apologies (notably using her left hand, meaning she’d have to reach over and put strain on her injury, just so she could hold Yang’s hand properly)
According to Armed and Ready, there’s nothing Yang won’t do for Blake
When Yang’s looking at the photo of her team, the photo has fallen one side, so she seems to only be focusing on the half with herself and Blake on it. she also seems to be stroking her thumb over Blake’s part of the picture
Yang has stated that she wanted to be there for Blake and needed Blake to be there for her following the Fall of Beacon - a rare moment of vulnerability from Yang, especially admitting that she needed someone when so often she’s the one supporting everyone else - followed by Yang breaking down in tears because of how hurt she was by Blake leaving
Blake entering a room full of people she never thought she’d see again, and zeroing in on Yang and only saying her name
The look of pure shock on Yang’s face when she saw Blake again (with Wings playing in that specific moment - a song long speculated to be from Yang’s perspective to Blake)
Blake makes it clear she’s not going anywhere (an implicit promise that she’s back and intending to stay with her team) and Yang is willing to accept her back
All That Matters gives us some insight on Yang’s feelings regarding the above - she doesn’t know that Blake left because she cares about Yang, and so believes that Blake doesn’t care about her as much as she cares about Blake (which is just setting up that Blake’s gonna prove her wrong when Yang finally finds out why Blake left), but she’s willing to accept Blake back despite fully expecting to be hurt again because being close to Blake even for a little while is all that matters - the song is heavily romantically coded with phrases like “never asked you to commit your life” and “the way i feel/to you is no big deal”
