Yes! I'm in love with yellow ochre and the palette as a whole!
This one was my first attempt and now I'm head over heels with how vibrant, fleshy and alive the skin looks. I'm sure I will be sticking to this palette for a long time.
I have heard about the Zorn palette for a while now but I have only tried it on digital today. I'm completely in love....This is a new series of sketches but it's fem!Crowley this time.

This seems so odd cuz it's all red. I wanna test out the color temperature theory that goes about there are warm reds and cool reds and that if you can create depth in your drawing by putting that knowledge to use. Of course, it has to be another Crowley merged with Wang Ye style cause I'm still obsessed.

A practice sketch-ish
I have been quite busy with work lately. On top of that, the last time I drew I accidentally strained my wrist to the point it felt abit difficult to hold a pen normally. Although my wrist has shown signs of recovery, I still lost the mood to go back to drawing until today.
It started with random sketches of trees and leaves and then escalated to this. I guess this image of Aziraphale enjoying himself in his shop with a glass of wine in his hand is the best description of my feeling now? I don't know but I love his serenity or maybe I love the serenity he gave me when I drew him. Anyways have a nice day wherever you are.

Since I have been so into viking Crowley recently, I thought why not just do a fem! version too. I have to admit not feeling my best doing this one so I'm dropping it as it is...Maybe I will rework when I get the mood back.
Edit: I did some recoloring. The color on my computer screen seems to be different from my phone, so now I have 2 versions. Which one is better? I think this depends on your phone using eye comfort mode or not cuz the second one looks very very saturated and yellow on my phone, while the on my computer it looks just right.

Hi, hello, how is everyone doing? I haven't posted anything for a while since I wanted to invest a little more time and effort in the practice I have been doing.
So I have been pretty obsessed with Viking and the Viking Crowley I did earlier just gave me the final push to dive into this AU. Here is the next practice I did. I wonder if I should do a timelapse the next time I do this kinda practice?

I'm learning to draw braids and hair and then I ended up with this... I even tried to shape the smear of his makeup in the shape of a wing but I guess it didn't turn out well cuz I can barely tell if it's a wing or just a blob of color when I look at it. Can you see the wing? I'm digging this Viking vibe Crowley so I'm going to do some more sketches of him ehhehe.
