My Season 2 of Hazbin Hotel Plot:

Trigger Warning: Drugs, alcohol, violence, assault, murder, suicide, & abuse.

Note: I headcanon that an overlord's power/strength is directly connected to the number of souls contracted to them. Anytime an overlord is killed by another overlord or someone trying to become an overlord, ownership of all the souls transfers to the triumphant overlord.

Episode #1:

The Vs target Rosie because she lost so many of her cannibal souls while assisting Charlie in her battle against Adam & the holy exterminators.

Rosie survives but is gravely wounded to the point she has to retreat & ends up at the hotel. Charlie & the others tend to her wounds, but they're unsure if she will live. Alastor goes rogue at the idea of losing his friend, so he vows to take out the Vs.

Episode #2:

Charlie, Vaggie, & Lucifer search for Alastor. Angeldust, Husker, & Niffty stay at the hotel to look after an unconscious Rosie. Husk & Angel reveal how they both ended up in hell.

Husk - Mom died or left when he was a young boy. Grew up with an abusive dad who liked to drink & gamble all the time. Followed in his dad's footsteps despite his best efforts not to & committed suicide.

Angel - Grew up in a mob family. Was thrown out after he refused to be a bully and take an innocent life. Sold his body to survive. Became an addict in a desperate attempt to cope with his life & eventually overdosed.

Niffty is about to tell her backstory when they are interrupted by Adam, who busts in determined to get revenge on Lucifer & Charlie because he's stuck in hell. Angel, Husk, & Niffty try to throw him out, but he overpowers them. Rosie, though she's still healing, regains full consciousness & intervenes moments before Adam is able to deliver the killing blow to one member of the main crew, & she single-handedly kicks Adam out of the hotel. Charlie & Lucifer return after failing to locate the radio demon & find out about Adam via Rosie & the others.

Episode #3:

Sera tries to keep Sir Pentious' ascent into heaven a secret, but Emily befriends the snake demon turned angel & learns of his backstory.

Sir Pentious - Grew up to become an inventor. Wanted to show the world he was a genius. Could never get any of his experiments to work right. Was ridiculed by his peers until one of his experiments blew up, ending his life.

Emily overhears Sera & Lute talking about what to do with Sir Pentious & how to ensure no one ever learns sinners can be redeemed. After she learns they intend to get rid of him, Emily frees Sir Pentious & helps him escape from heaven. Lute attacks Emily who reveals Sir Pentious is on the run & aware of their intentions to keep sinners out of heaven. Lute then pursues Pentious, but he evades her.

Episode #4:

The Vs take out more overlords. Lucifer is barred from intervening according to hell's laws. Charlie tries to rally the remaining overlords, including Carmilla Carmine & Zestial, but they're reluctant to fight or work together. One of the Vs, Velvette, falls victim to the radio demon's wrath. Alastor leaves her mangled corpse out where everyone can see & makes it clear he's coming after the remaining two Vs.

Episode #5:

Charlie is exhausted. Lucifer continues to look for Alastor. Sir Pentious makes it to the hotel to warn the others about Sera & Lute. Adam stalks & harasses Lucifer, but is outmatched & also outsmarted by hell's king. Rosie & Charlie bond whilst they recuperate. Vaggie is forced to fight Lute when she shows up looking for Pentious. Rosie reveals her own backstory & Alastor's backstory.

Rosie - Married a man who abused & assaulted her often. Used mummy parts & bandages (as a lot of people did during that time period) for medicinal purposes. Was killed after her husband, in a drunk rage, falsely accused her of adultery, then pushed her down a flight of stairs & she hit her head.

Alastor - Raised by a single mother who homeschooled him because he got bullied so much for being mixed race. Fell victim to a serial killer at some point when he was still a young man who kept him locked up in his basement & wouldn't feed him anything but the raw flesh of other victims. Got free & slew the man then started hunting & killing serial killers. Ate their flesh due to having developed a taste for it. Ended up getting shot dead by a deer hunter after some hunting dogs mistook him for a buck while he was burying one of his victims.

Episode #6:

Valentino grows tired of following Vox's orders. Val goes behind Vox's back and kidnaps Carmilla's daughters to ensure Carmine won't interfere or retaliate against the remaining Vs. Angel, Sir Pentious, & Husk team up with Cherri Bonb to rescue Clara & Odette.

Episode #7:

Alastor, having revealed himself, faces off against Valentino. Lilith arrives at the hotel with the intention of manipulating Charlie & Lucifer's emotions. Rosie refuses to let Lilith put an end to Charlie's dreams of redeeming sinners. Carmilla is reunited with her daughters & pledges to help take down the remaining Vs. Zestial attempts to talk some sense into Alastor. Lilith may or may not be who or what she seems.

Episode #8:

An injured Valentino returns to warn Vox about Alastor. Rosie & Alastor take on Eve while Lucifer, Charlie, & their allies rush to release the real Lilith from her holy prison. Emily's forced to pick sides. Sera releases Roo in a last-ditch effort to maintain order.

Hazbin Hotel: The Movie:

Roo reveals that she absorbed Eve, who became an extension of herself. Alastor is forced to fight those he has come to care for. Vox & Valentino meet their end after biting off more than they can chew. Sera makes amends for her mistakes. Charlie & the gang take their final stand, which will decide the fates of heaven & hell. Cherri & Niffty reveal their backstories.

Cherri - Had a decent life until she fell in love with the wrong guy who led her down the dark path of drug use & alcoholism. Helped him steal money & other valuables until his greed consumed him & he shot her.

Niffty - Became obsessed with a man who didn't really love her. Tried to kill him after he revealed his true colors. Fell to her death after he pushed her out a window. Never even signed a soul binding contract with any of the overlords. Began working for Alastor simply because he was the first one to approach her & she liked him a lot in a platonic way.
