Day 2 #justbepresent  Chaturanga Dandasana.. Working on my Sanskrit a little. I honestly didn't know that this pose required your legs to stay off the mat when I first started yoga. Then when I tried, it was pretty difficult. Now, I love this pose because it shows me how far I've come and reminds me to be appreciative of all my body has accomplished.

For me, rainy days are calm, relaxing, and much better with a good book and a cup of tea. It's also amazing to me how powerful the weather is.
