have you listened to the love song they used in the end credits of loki ep 4? because it makes me want to throw my phone across the room in a good way,,, the part where she sings "shall i catch a shooting star / shall i bring it where you are / if you want me to i will / ... / if you'll only say you love me still" makes me want to scream!! marvel is not being subtle about sylki at all and im loving it
yes, i have!! I don’t think it’s a coincidence at all that they chose a romantic song for the end credits after episode four made it clear that sylvie and loki’s connection was romantic. towards the end of the song, there is a lyric “when at last our life on earth is through / i will share eternity with you / if you love me, really love me / let it happen, i won't care”. we definitely see this when they’re both willing to die together and face whatever lies beyond, and i believe facing certain death together this way is probably one of the most romantic things i’ve seen in a while. i’m definitely grateful that marvel is being so upfront about it, it’s definitely refreshing!!

Bond over family and loneliness.

She had no one. No family, friends, no place to stay and had to grow up in horrible apocalypses if she wanted to keep her life.
And then she met Loki and for the first time since the TVA ruined her life she had someone. A rival, turned friend, turned something more, and in the words of the writers also fell in love with him - just like he fell in love with her
She again had someone in her life again and for the first time in forever wasn't alone anymore. Because other than Loki, what else did she really have?
Just for Ravonna and the TVA to take everything away from her again
