As I'm standing on my porch near the mailbox I'm Inpatiently  waiting for Billy to pick me up for our first date together I'm wearing a black dress nylons and black pumps as I look down at my watch the time reads 7:00 PM he had told me he would be here 6:30 on the dot. I start walking back inside I hear an engine roar and music thumping from inside the infamous blue Camaro as I rush to the passenger side of the car I hurry and open up the door "Hey Good-looking" As I try to sit down I noticed he left a bouquet of red roses "Hey Hargrove finally you came I thought you were going to bail on me" I say as I grab the flowers and sit down and shut the door holding the flowers in my lap "These are so nice Billy thank you" I say with a smile "of course gorgeous anytime" As I lean in to give him a kiss on the cheek he grows a big smile oh his face blushing at the same time. "So where are you taking me Hargrove" " Well I was thinking maybe the hotel near Cornwallis?" He says with a chuckle " What no I told you I’m not doing anything with you yet" "I know I'm just playing calm down I'm not going to force you to do anything that you're not up to doing" As I sigh "thank you I respect you respecting my boundaries but where are we going?" " well how about going out to a record store I'm not sure of the name but I know you're really a big fan of music" He wasn't lying the first time he had talked to me was because I was wearing a RATT band shirt he had came up to me and asked what I knew about the band he was surprised about my knowledge of metal bands and music in general "Yes that sounds perfect I could really use a new record to listen to and some cassettes" "Already then the record store it is then" He says while turning up the song playing while driving down a light tinted street. As we finally make our stop he parks the car taking the keys out of the ignition as i try to get out of the car he says "Let me open the door for you princess " "Okay" I respond as he rushes on through the passenger side of the car and opens it and stands on the side waiting for me to step out "Why thank you" I say as he closes the door "anytime" he says as he directs me towards the entrance of the shop as we both walk in its everything a music lover can dream of one section has band shirts and the other sections have a mix of records that are alphabetically organized and cassettes that are mixed up by genres as me and him start looking through the metal section I pull out a Metallica Kill Em all records and hold it in my hand " What a girl liking Metallica in Hawkins this is a rare sight to see" he says smiling "well anybody can like Metallica there a pretty badness group my opinion" "really Y/N what's one of you're favorite songs from that album?" He says while holding up the record "Seek & Destroy is one of my favorites besides The Four Horseman" I respond he looks at me "Wow Y/L/N I'm  you know you're music" He says smiling ‘’well i guess I’m just full of surprises I say looking at him grinning. as we both walk out of the record store with one bag in each others hand he opens the car door for me on the passenger side of the car ‘’such a gentlemen Hargrove’’ I say with a chuckle smiling at him ‘’of course especially towards my girl’’ he closes the door walking his way to the drivers seat leaving me blushing ‘’so now after a bunch of things I didn’t know about your music how does burgers sound?’’ he says starting the car ‘’that sounds amazing’’ I say looking up at him ‘’already burgers it is then’’ ‘’as I lean over to the drivers seat giving him a kiss on the cheek’’ he looks at me with a big smile on his face....

As I park my car inside of my driveway I hurry it up towards the door I’ve been tired since the afternoon since my shift had started the ending of high school wasn’t as easy as I thought especially with applying to collage and the anxiety of waiting for acceptance letters it is all so tiring that by the end of the day I’m ready to lay down and have a break from it all. ‘’Hey sweetie how was your day?’’ my mom asks inside of the kitchen as I take off my shoes and place them by the door ‘’Tiring but good’’ I say with a tiredly smile on my face ‘’Aw well thankfully you can rest and get some sleep for tomorrow’’ ‘’Yes I know mom’’ I say tiredly not wanting to sound rude ‘’Oh also sweetheart Robin left you a message she sounded worried’’ as I walk towards the answering machine I play back the message ‘’Hey Y/N are you okay you haven’t called me yet I’m free after work if you want to hang out for a while just call me back when you get the chance’’ ‘’She sounds worried sweetheart you should call her back and just let her know you need to get some rest’’ ‘’I know mom I’m just so tired I’m sure she’ll understand’’ as I start walking towards the hallway towards my room I walk back remembering the main thing I have been anxiously waiting for ‘’Have I gotten any letter’s yet?’ ‘ I turn looking back at her as she looks around her area ‘’No sweetie not yet but the mailman said they should be coming in soon’’ as I sigh of frustration ‘’It’s okay Y/N they’ll be coming soon don’t worry you’’ll be accepted to one or the other college especially if they see you’re potentially’’ I smile at my mom’s words especially when she says this ‘’especially with a friend like Robin who is always by your side’’ ‘’I know mom she’s the best I’m really grateful to have her in my life’’ my mom doesn’t know that me and Robin have been together for almost a year I know that she wouldn’t care she would be 100% supportive of both of us especially since she thankfully gets along with Robin and every time she leaves my house, drops me off from school she is always telling me how lovely she is towards me. ‘’I know mom well I’m gonna go to bed already’’ I say turning around towards my room as I close the door to my bedroom and start putting on my pajamas I put my hair in a high ponytail to start washing off my face and brushing my teeth. Afterwards I sleepily start walking towards my room I yell out ‘’OMG Robin?! what are you doing here?!’’ ‘’Hey sweetheart didn’t mean to scare you’’ she started calling me that picking that up from the nickname my mom frequently calls me by ‘’What?- what are you doing here it’s late?’’ ‘’well you weren’t calling me and I was getting worried that maybe you had just started to blow me off and that you didn’t want to see me anymore’’ she says very fast not taking any breaths in between her sentences��’  ‘’Robin slow down I have just been really tired all day and I didn’t feel like calling back I’m sorry’’ I say with a frown looking back up at her ‘’It’s okay Y/N I was just worried you know I just started dragging my brain around and thinking as usual’’ That was one of the things I had newly started noticing the first couple of months I was with Robin she seem’d to panic especially about our relationship it was understandable especially since no one in Hawkins a girl was dating another girl which was one of the things that made both of us panic but if we had each other there was nothing scary or wrong about our relationship ‘’I love you Robin’’ I say getting closer to her face looking deeply into her eyes as both of our lips are on each others as she backs up ‘’Wow’’ is all that comes out of her mouth ‘’I love you too Y/N’’  she says smiling ‘’Wait I say who let you in?’’ I ask her confused ‘’oh you’re mom did she’s so adorable she reminds me of you she loves me so much it’s adorable’’ she says touching my shoulder ‘’I know you both get along but I’m very thankful for that’’ I say looking up at her when she starts taking off her shoes ‘’What are you doing?’’ I say chuckling at her bouncing around with her shoe ‘’Well Y/N the main reason I came was so we could snuggle up together and cuddle duh!’’ ‘’Oh what about your mom did she say you could stay over?’’ I ask her ‘’Well she let me come here and she knows I’m safe here so I can leave her anytime I think she’ll be fine with it’’ she says shrugging to my question ‘’so lay down forget all your troubles and let me cuddle with you for now’’ ‘’Uh that sounds so great you’re the best girlfriend in the world’’ I tell her’’ duh obviously’’ I laugh to her response as I start laying on my bed going underneath the blanket getting comfortable as Robin slips off her pants now only in her shirt and underwear as she is now next to me grabbing me closer to her lifting her head over mines my face now under her chin I’ve always loved the scent of her never leaving my room nor my clothes. As both of our legs are wrapped in each other’s the house and my room is in complete silence but the perfect soothing silence ‘’try to sleep’’ Robin saying looking down at me with a serious tone in her voice ‘’I know I know but you’re here all I wanna do is look at you’’ I say staring into her face ‘’I’m serious you need to rest especially since you’ve been tired and working non stop’’ ‘’I know I know Ms.Buckley calm down’’ ‘’She closes her eyes and I follow doing the same ‘’I can’t wait until we have more nights like this to ourselves’’ ‘’What’’ I say half asleep already ‘’Well I mean after college or even after this year I’ve saved up a good amount of  money for us to move in together and I’m 100% sure that both of us together could make it’’ I stare at her with hopeful eyes ‘’I know we can we could do anything together just me and you’’ as I snuggle more into her inhaling more of her scent and the comfort she provides me ‘’I hope we could get married so I can spend the rest of my life with you’’ she chuckles ‘’I know’’ as I give her a kiss on the check I close my eyes letting sleep drift me away.....
