The Antisemitism out and within the marauders fandom has been raising, so we opened this project as a reminder that there are jews in this fandom that has a hard time. We want to show our support for the jews in this fandom who feel like their voice hasn't been heard, like they're alone in this world with no one to listen. We hear you. You are not alone.

How it works:

Artists, writers, and other content creators will provide works and content that includes well-represented jewish characters with the intention to spread awareness about jewishness, judaism & antisemitism. Those who want to participate in the project can be jews or non-jews, but we would love to see as much jews as we can, so we could here THEIR voice.

The guitar thing you mentioned last is a good metaphor. Literally Luka got akumatized twice, not because he's a bad person (Chloé *cough*) but because he's sensitive and likely has a lot of built-in stress beneath his calm exterior.

Luka is certainly mature for his age. We see many examples of this, but perhaps the most prominent one is his attitude towards Adrien/Adrien's relationship with Marinette. This is actually one of my favorite things about Luka, but I can't deny that this probably also means that he might have been suppressing a lot of stress/sadness/jealousy/any other negative emotion inside. Or maybe he's just a selfless person, which is very impressive indeed but certainly unusual for his age.

Obviously, Anarka Couffaine is a good mother. But I couldn't help but notice how Luka seemed to take on a parent role in the Couffaine family. Namely that specific moment when the cop (Roger Raincomprix aka Sabrina's dad) told off the Couffaines about the noise, when Anarka refused to budge and Luka was the one who suggested that they lower the volume. At that moment it seemed like the parent and the child's roles were reversed.

Anyways, Luka is one of my favorite characters, and he deserves so much better.

Luka's just swallowing all his feelings to make room for everyone elses. He's not really chill, he's a teenager who has trouble expressing himself because he's learnt it's easier to help deal with other people's emotions if he doesn't have any.

He grew up in a house full of big feelings, with an overly anxious sister and a mum with anger issues and now that jagged's hanging around as his dad he has to deal with all the emotional immaturity of a rockstar.

Not only that but all of his friends clearly go to him for advice and his ex girlfriend leans on him heavily for emotional support.

So just imagine a scene were everyone's coming to him with their various problems and he's listening one after the other seeming chill and understanding for everyone but he's plucking at his guitar the whole time and the notes are getting progressively tighter and harsher till finally one of the strings snap.
