tbh I consider them kinda completely different concepts. I mean, I was a small child who watched dantdm every day and cried when team crafted broke up. but I don’t think that makes me super fucking og and cool, Yknow? I feel like every kid was watching skydoesminecraft when I was. then I stopped. then I came back to it. probably for someone who experienced those 2015-2018 years (2015-2017 was my gap of no Minecraft content) it all feels very connected, but in my mind they’re two different “fandoms” so to speak. anyways
