Delicious! Could use even more lemon. I didn鈥檛 follow directions and used an egg 馃檲 but i put it in a mini muffin pan and added a lil extra flour and it was fluffy and still worked out well.

Stupid easy. Need a flat surface in the freezer or they spill. Really decadent even without the chocolate shell. I kept them in the popsicle mold to store until they are all eaten.

Crumbly bc almond flour so I鈥檇 use parchment paper with it draped over the side next time to make it easier to get out but the texture and flavors were fantastic. Loved it, make again.

With frozen blueberries (which may have been the mistake) this was pretty wet even after 50 min. The almond flour makes it very crumbly as well. Hard to cut. The taste is great but probably needs fresh blueberries and/or longer cook time.
I added crystallized ginger and walnuts. I overcooked them a tiny bit but they were still good

The tofu is feta like! So good. The soup became more of an orzo dish as it soaked up a lot of broth in the orzo. Was pretty salty but maybe I measured the bouillon from the jar too lazily. This was a crowd pleaser all around. Julia friendly minus the lemon. Bridge said one of the best things I鈥檝e made.
