20 hour fast started. Only water and 0 cal drinks allowed. (Ik its not fully fasting but i cant go like 5 hours w no water.) Also just took some l4xat1ves. i prefer l4x over purg1ng i think purg1ng is gross and not worth the damage. BUT thats just my opinion you do whatever works for u lax works for me and purg1ng does not!!

What was your sw??
My starting weight was 110 from about 1 year ago. I have been on and off with my ed for YEARS. and only recently I have seriously been taking it seriously. From 2021-2022 I would be ⭐️ving then binging every day. And only now did i stop binging,well less often. Now im binging once a week or once every other week. So i dont count the years before so about a year. however I started like days without eating in october 2023.

Coffee is a great alternative instead of eating food. Black preferably personally I love black coffee and it has lower calories!! Cream, sugar or milk adds calories. Don’t forget calories add up. It keeps you full and if you drink too much caffeine you might get anxious or nauseous and it wont make u hungry for a couple hours.

today i learned how FUCKING FAT MY BACK is.
i went to the gym and this is the work out I did and what it did to my back
100 crunches.
90 sit ups.
80 russian twists (160 technically because 1 on each side)
70 flutter kicks. (140 technically because 1 up and down)
60 second plank.
50 reverse crunches.
40 bicycles.
30 leg raises.
20 toe touches.
10 v-ups.
10 min on stair master speed 6 (last 2 min speed 8)
(i felt super self conscious doing arms today so i just did core instead)
