Hey girlies ,l am back to my original weight, i don't feel too bad as I am in my final year of uni and exams are so intense but I really want to fix it. I am in a pretty good space mentally so I feel I am in the best position to do well.
In order to do this I want to keep myself accountable by using this account as a diary, not only to say what I ate on what exercise i have done but also about how I feel and changes I am seeing. I am going to do it until the end of January so that my start of 2024 starts well.
Rules:
3 small meals a day, no more no less.
Stretching everyday
Exercise 5 times a week minimum 1hr a day.
Drink WATER!!!
Sleep before 12 as much as possible
Meditate 1 or 2 times a week
Log weight and measurements any day you have access to scales or tape
End of week photo progress
FEEL FREE TO DO THIS WITH ME UNTIL THE LAST WEEK OF JANUARY AND WE ACN COMPARE PROGRESS!

Restrictive besties, please keep me accountable!
So I am having the worst time of my life on keep ing on track.
It’s so hard when I end up eating all my meals out ( because I am not able to cook in my dorm), so I thought I would post what I eat in a day for the next 10 days. I will include calorie count and pictures. And at the end I will do a conclusion post to see how I feel and see if I will continue or not. then I will give myself another challenge. 
Please, if you see me eating something I shouldn’t KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE! cause I know none of my irl friends will, they are the type of people who will say things like “treat yourself”, “you need to eat more”, “stop youre not fat, just eat the damn chocolate”... so I need all my restrictive girlies to keep me in check!
(unfortunately, I don’t have access to weighing scales.. so I am just taking weekly picture progress.)

HELP!
So basically, every time I have been successful in losing is when I have been at my most depressed… like no friends and no plans kinda vibe.
However Whenever I have somewhat a healthy mental state and am overall quite happy is when I put on the most weight!
Of course I want to be happy and hang out with my friends etc BUT IM SO SICK OF PUTTING ON WEIGHT!!!
If anyone can relate or have any tips then please let me know!!

Starting my 3 things a day diet!!
I’m actually strangely excited to do this!
The rules:
Three foods a day, eg
Breakfast: yogurt 🥣
Lunch: sweet potatoes 🍠
Dinner: sushi 🍣
Basically, I am studying in Asia and am living in a university dorm where we are not allowed to cook so we can only order, eat out or have a 7/11 dinner. Eating is a nightmare here for me. So I think having to think about only 3 foods a day will lay off my stress everyday 🫢

First binge I’ve done in months. I’m so disappointed in myself. On top of that I have been eating really badly due to adapting to a new country and school so all my progress has gone to shit… I look and feel awful and have been slipping back into my “bad thoughts” again.
I struggle so much here. But I managed once I can do it again. PLEASE SEND ME SOME SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT!
I’m starting by having a three day starvation period. Because it’s easier to allow yourself nothing than trying to navigate what’s “healthy” or not.
For three days I can have:
- water
- unsweetened green tea
- unsweetened black coffee
- appetite suppressants
- gum (only when I feel very close to snapping or if I feel faint)
