knitting tutorial made by a twenty-something knitting influencer: 18 min long, 12 of those minutes being the intro and a sponsor plug, they show the first few steps of the tutorial at the slowest speed known to man, they show the most important steps at a neck-break speed, they stop every five seconds to talk about what they just did, 40,000 comments filled with questions ranging from insightful to “how do i knit”, filmed with a camera that costs more than a car, the tutorial is incorrect.
knitting tutorial made by a seventy-something grandmother: two min long, filmed 17 years ago, shows you what you want with the skilled patient hands of a beloved deity, made with the world’s shittiest camera, the best video on the fucking internet, four comments and 30 views, you lose the video and never find it again.
Currently I’m dropping the current shop WIPS in order to get a few donation projects out. Ill be making 2 floor cushions and a few hanging tapestries; 50% of the sales will be going to the Maui Food Cupboard. I’ll keep y’all updated as the items roll out. Link to my Depop will be provided once they go up for sale.
I love traveling to NYC because there’s inspiration around every corner; from the crochet bombs at the parks to full on installations. My favorite thing to do down there is to people watch and mingle in the crowd. By doing so I saw someone with this cute little chapstick holder that looked like it was crochet; as a person that smokes I like having cute accessories to go with my smoking tools so I thought, why not make something for the doobs? Same concept as a lipstick holder but longer and a little more ✨spicy✨ I’ll post more on it when I finish the pattern 😊
Just finished a batch of scrunchies, basic I know but I’m starting off with what I know lol, but since I’ve got tomorrow off I’m gonna try and put together some of the purses tn when I tell you I’m gonna crochet till my hand falls off I can and will do it lmao
Also bless to everyone who voted in the dishcloth poll, gotta grab more scrubby yarn 😊🌟
This has been a constant work in progress but I’m pretty happy with how my little tent setup is turning out. This’ll be my main work spot till the snow comes in 😊
Side note: I wanna start filming some crochet content for my insta and here soon so the tent might be the back drop for a lot of it lol
