Contrary to popular belief, I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth!

I suppose it’s no secret by now that my other blog, @waywardsonsanddaringdaughters , is and has been my primary focus for the past... how long has it been since I’ve logged in here? Nine months?

However, that, being said, seeing a lot of you come back from the dead/from hiatuses reminded me how much I miss all of you and how I miss writing all of my kids. They’d need a whole lot of work, retooling, and revamping, and I would probably drop a few, but, I am thinking of moving most of my muses from here over there.

Would anybody be interested or is this just a really bad idea?

Well, it’s finally summertime for me, so I’m going to try to start being back and working on things again! It’s going to be really, really hard and probably a bit slow-going as I still feel super insecure, but here’s what I’m thinking would be good to do:

Make this blog a regular, OC multimuse instead of a hub. That would mean all of the OC sideblogs would be archived, and Elijah, Dominic, Will, Penny, Isabel, and Sarah would be moved here instead.

Get rid of Sean and Daisy... they don’t really have a place here.

Keep Sherlock and John’s sideblogs. They’re certainly my more popular muses and that would mean people who want to follow just them and not my OCs can follow them on the sideblogs.

Drop all drafts, except ones that you lovely people want to keep. That doesn’t mean I don’t want to write with you, it’s just that I’ve been out of the game on here for so long that it might be better that we write something even better together instead.

Maybe drop Rosie for the moment, but keep her as a sideblog and maybe add her back again once I’m in the swing of things again.

Add bios and information for everyone.

Delete some older posts.

That’s just what I’m thinking for right now but I obviously am up for input from you guys to hear what you’d like to see me do and what would be most beneficial for you all.

Thank you so much for putting up with me and being so patient... it’s really appreciated.

Well.

It’s been a hot minute, huh?

I hope you all have been doing well and have been taking care of yourselves. I haven’t dropped off the face of the earth, but I know I’ve been *intensely* inactive over here. And I know I promised to do some stuff over my last break last month (God, was it only a month or two ago? It feels like way longer, I’m so sorry guys) which… didn’t happen.

So, you might ask; what’s wrong? Why haven’t I been around?

Well, sort of like I said in the last post; I’ve been really stressed out with school and with my personal life– illness, assignments, taking care of family, that kind of thing– as well as having a burst of inspiration and ideas for my other multimuse, @waywardsonsanddaringdaughters (follow me there if you’re interested in stuff other than Sherlock Holmes, which is for the most part mostly cartoons/nostalgic muses, OCs, and other obscure stuff, as well as a lot of OOC content at the moment as I update and try to get my life together).

And, of course, there’s the elephant in the room: the matter of me feeling really insecure here. I have no idea why that is or what brought this on, but for some reason I’ve been avoiding this blog and these muses like the plague (this is the first time I’ve had this account open in either desktop or mobile since my last post). It’s nothing to do with you lovely folks, I’m absolutely certain. But it is something I need to push through, somehow– if any of you have ideas I’d love to know– and I don’t know what that would look like. Definitely at the very least a blog revamp, that’s for sure, maybe even remaking this entire thing all together, I don’t know. A clean slate might be good, but I love the relationships I have with you all and a lot of the threads and stuff we’ve done and I don’t want to lose that.

Anyways, sorry for the oversharing. It’s late and I’m pretty poorly again.

tl;dr, I’m hoping to get active here in the next couple weeks after my semester at college ends at the beginning of May. Thank you so much for all your patience and putting up with me; you guys mean more to me than you’ll ever know– and I owe you all big time for this. I really appreciate your time and how all of you haven’t gone running for the hills yet. Hopefully I’ll be able to deliver and do you all proud.

See you all real soon/in the next couple weeks, okay? :)

Hey dash, long time no see!

As you can probably tell, I’ve been pretty (read: insanely) inactive over here of late. It’s a combination of crazy school stress, a ton of inspiration and ideas for my other multimuse (@waywardsonsanddaringdaughters, follow me over there if you want to see me doing more things than just Sherlock Holmes), and a severe lack of inspiration and ideas for things here, on top of a weird insecurity about being around. That’s not really anybody’s fault except my own, though, and I’m sorry for being slow as a sloth and not being around and responding to things timely.

That being said, though, I only have a week ‘til my spring break, and I’m going to do some spring cleaning, both on here and on my other multi. For here, though, this means a blog revamp is coming so hopefully that’ll let me be more active here and feel better about being here overall.

Thanks for all your patience, and I’ll try to be around as much as I can up until my break!
