Abuse of all types is insidious and effects our lives in ways we can not anticipate until we experience that wall of nope.

My goal (approved by my therapist) was to get to the event without a panic attack and I 100% surpassed that and I’m very proud of myself. Did the drive there twice for two different days with no anxiety.

Even though I was triggered and had to leave in the middle of ritual I was prepared to stay at the event until my partner reminded me that “we can’t process while triggered” and took me home.

If you’re constantly in a state of fight or flight and constantly in a triggered place you’re never truly able to heal. It’s like when you keep picking at a scab.

Spiritual abuse is ugly and not spoken of much. But know you’re not alone.

The card for the week is Knight of Wands.

This week is a great week to try new things, which goes along with last weeks reading as well. The summer months (here in the northern hemisphere) are a time of being outside one’s self and exploring who we are and what we enjoy doing. This doesn’t have to be a physical adventure though it could be. It’s more about being serendipitous than traveling the world.

If you are traveling the world, take that day trip you thought was a little outside your comfort zone, it’ll be worth it.

My current self care routine involves working out with @dribbleup (#notsponsored), meal prepping meals that were approved by my nutritionist for breakfast and lunch, hello fresh meals, knitting, meditation before bed, and drinking tea.

What do you do for your routine? Maybe we will all find something new to add to our own routines.

This is really good advice and some of the hardest to live by. Our whole lives we compare ourselves to others but most importantly we try to live up to the expectations of others; our parents, family, teachers, employers, friends, etc. But the only person who's opinion that matters is yours.

I highly recommend The Holy Wild: A Heathen Bible for the Untamed Woman by Danielle Dulsky.

I wouldn’t say I agree with 100% of what is written but that is the beauty of spirituality. Every person’s path is different. No two are the same.

This book is great for beginner on their spiritual journey but is also valuable to those that have been walking their path for years. There is always more to learn.

My first remembered psychic memory was when I was around 6 years old when I told my mother my grandmother was calling less than a minute before the phone rang.

I have spiritual intuitiveness on both sides and come by it honestly. On my mother’s side we have multiple individuals that have experienced ghostly activity and a family member who grew up with past life memories. On my father’s side my great grandmother was Psychic and read Turkish coffee grounds and would bet on horses correctly at the horse races.

I have spent the last 10 years honing my skills and getting training including a Bachelor’s on Archiving the Re-emergence of polytheism in America from Western Washington University, a Bachelor’s in Wiccan Ministry, and certificates in life coaching, spiritual coaching, life story coaching, meditation, and more.

I’ve been professionally reading tarot cards for 8 years and have been reading tarot for 17 years.

I am here to help you develop your own relationship with your spirit guides so they can help lead you directly without the need of “middle men” doing the readings for you. I am also here to help you find your perfect life partner. As soon as I gave in and finally just listened to my guides, I found my love and you can do it too!
