This is Princess Zelda XIV Honora Hyrule from the Legend of Zelda: Souls of Liberty. The reigning matriarch of the throne succeeding her mother. While governing her kingdom, Zelda was investigating the conspiracy behind the Royal Council before she was usurped by the council members.
