idealised self:

she wants to be someone with girlboss and it girl vibes, to be seen as someone who is highly capable and has it all. she wants to be seen as someone who is very strong, who has successfully overcome her battles and is also empowering to others because of it. she wants to be the person that other people go to and want around, when someone is struggling or needs help she wants them to think, “i should talk to yeri” - the good advice giver, the person who says the right thing. she wants to be seen as very fortunate and blessed but that she is also very generous. she wants to be someone with a bright, happy vibe who other people gravitate towards because they are sunny. just really highly capable (makes the right choices) and good socially (and romantically) basically. she also wants people to think she was meant for her life, that her star power is so strong that of course she was going to be famous.

real self:

in reality, she is not as steady and consistent as she wishes to be. she fluctuates often and she is either too energetic or completely lacking in motivation. when it comes to longterm goals, she doesn’t really feel like she’s the one that actually has it all together and even has problems with feeling as if she’s always at the “beginning” of a goal and struggles to feel things are ever really “complete” (e.g every time she takes a big step forward, life comes at her sideways and overwhelms her a little). she is also a bit chaotic, when her energy is high she does a lot - she's super social, she's dating a lot, she goes out every night, she starts picking up new hobbies etc. and it seems even immature at times, almost as if she’s a toddler experiencing a sugar rush. she is not as calculated as she wishes to be either, she does think a lot of things through but she can make some silly mistakes (that may be obvious to others) and play with chance too much (e.g even as simple as making a purchase where she paid $500 and everyone else only paid $300). she can easily get lost in a fantasy world and especially get lost in romance sometimes. lastly, she really does try and be there for others want to continuously improve.

More like a business relationship, they have an already set structure that works for them, and there is a lot of detachment and not really looking forward to doing things as a group. Probably some of them are not really sure if they want to continue with this path, is not a secure life for some and they are really affected by the miss opportunities at work.

A lot of potential that is not really been taken care of, and things are not as promised, they depend on other people and that is a big negative aspect for her. An amazing opportunity to grow and learn, she appreciates the group, they were a big beginning for her. Previously she had some negative feelings about everything and didn't react her best but seems like that side is slowly getting in the past.

It bothers her that they can do a better job in the final product but they are not really doing it. She really values them and the team, and time has strengthened this feeling but knows they need to go through a change sooner or later

She wouldn't be where she is without the group, she is used to it but is not really something she is appreciating right now, there is a lot of confusion about what she might want to do in the future, she is feeling quite overwhelmed about some decisions.

regarding your post about L and S being different, do you think S's hiatus is really decided by him? Or do you think it's sm behind this??

Hi love!

Hm...first I'm going to be very careful with what I'm about to say because the last time I posted something about L, his fans attacked me. I also am being careful here because some of my followers might find my opinion "offensive" or "sensitive" SIGH...HAHAHAHA...But I digress.

Please be patient while reading this because it's LONG.

I think the severity of L and S scandals are more or less the same, but different in terms of how problematic it is. By problematic I mean the things they did. L's actions were wrong and should be deemed as wrong. S's, however, is not. Because he did the things that we normal people do. However, since he's an idol, some of the things he did could've been more careful because he was a "soon to debut" idol. Hence, people were angry or disappointed at him, mainly because they wished he was more "careful". But is it his fault? That's up for debate.

Whereas L's actions happened during his active life as an idol. Hence, it angered many people and disappointed some of his loyal fans. I'm not surprised if his return as an idol or singer will take longer. He needs to do a lot of work to redeem that popularity. Similar to S, L was also careless. That's one thing they have in common.

I do think both L and S hiatus were decided by SM Ent. However, the process is probably different. I think SM probably took harsh actions for both, but in S's case, SM Ent gave him a choice. Or at least they gaslighted and manipulated him into making that decision and taking a hiatus as a choice. It probably went something like, "Hey, we know it's not your fault. But the severity of the situation has gotten out of control. We understand you're anxious and we're also worried about your wellbeing. So, what do you say about taking a hiatus? We think it will be good for you and you can take a break while we take care of it." Something along this line.

I did an astrology reading and tarot reading on S. I must say the decision to go on a hiatus was around 40% his decision and 60% SM Ent. But it got to a point that they had a mutual agreement. I think SM Ent probably "promised" something to him, which convinced him to take that hiatus. But, hey! That's just my hunch.

Now, in regards to astrology and tarot, I do notice his energy has been quite fluctuating. There was, however, a moment in his life where he felt the happiest and I'm assuming he went back "home" and was with his family. I say this because, in one of my readings, I said there's a prominent female figure who was trying to comfort him and reassure him to stay strong. I'm assuming it's his mother, aunt, or probably someone in SM Ent. Hence, the hiatus made it easier for him to go through.

Oppositely, L's hiatus was solely made by the company. I think SM Ent took the initiative to put him in seclusion. They probably thought "If we let him go, we might let something go to waste", which is likely the same for S. But, L's fanbase is most likely larger than S's. So, SM Ent took quicker action for his hiatus to save the "fandom" or in other words, their money. HAHAHAH...I'm sorry. It's SM Ent we're dealing with here. Money wise, SM Ent basically saw his worth.

For S's hiatus, SM Ent did it because, these were the options that they had in mind:

(1) they probably wanted to replace him (ouch I know.) They did have this in mind but now it's not their top priority. They did, however, almost do something like bringing in a member to a group like how they did to Jungwoo for NCT 127 and Yeri for Red Velvet.

(2) completely disregarded him and erased his existence so that they could start clean and fresh (another ouch.) Basically they're after the money.

(3) slowly but surely made him leave R**ZE. I don't see him leaving SM Ent, but R**ZE? Yes. They most likely had a conversation about what S could do. Something like in L's documentary.

(4) They wanted to take care of the situation. Probably legal stuff and figuring out who is behind his "downfall". Now, they're doing more work because "attackers" are attacking the members too. So this part might take a while.

I say this because R**ZE is SM's boy group in 7 years. Centre numero cinco (f*ve in Spanish) probably "did a lot" for the group to happen and SM Ent most likely invested in the boys A LOT. Hence, when S's scandal and pasts broke out, it "angered" SM and it probably made them go "God dammit! At times like this?" This was probably their thought process.

In conclusion, SM Ent initiated the hiatus, but "gave" S's the decision to make his own choices. Must I say, I did a tarot reading on SM Ent decision for him and they're still THINKING and DEBATING (poor boy.)

Red Velvet Queendom Tarot Reading Forecast

DISCLAIMER: This reading is for entertainment purposes and was done by reading the energy surrounding Red Velvet.

With the announcement of the new Red Velvet Queendom album, I wanted to do a reading on their upcoming comeback. In this reading, we'll be looking at the energy of each member, what they're focused on with this comeback, the energy of the album, as well as other important details when it comes to the comeback as a whole.

So with that, let's get into it!

So first we have the group’s energy going into this comeback, and we have Air and Cancer.

It’s been a long year for the girls of Red Velvet, and coming into this era, they want to make sure everyone’s on the same page. They’re talking about the things that have went on between them individually, and working through and processing all of the messy emotions as a group. They’re focusing on making music and presenting themselves in a way that feels right to them in this moment. After such a long Red Velvet hiatus, they just want to come back and showcase themselves in a way that is authentic and true to themselves and is mindful of all the struggles they’ve been through. They all have strong emotional intelligence, and sharing these stories with each other has helped to strengthen their relationship as a group, and they’re finding strength through taking their power back and controlling their destiny, and showing the world that they will not let circumstances and situations define them.

Next we have the energy of the album, and we have Earth and Virgo.

They’ve taken a long time to work on this album and make sure that it’s perfect, as opposed to rushing into things and just putting something out for the sake of putting it out. They want to release a comeback that is undeniable, and that shows the world that they’re back and better than ever. They will not allow themselves to be overlooked or ignored with this album, and I can see that it will have a presence about it that will demand attention. They want it to be an album you can enjoy and that makes you feel happy and fulfilled, and in terms of themes, they want to talk about things they want and need to talk about in the way that only they can.

Now let’s look at each individual member’s energy.

Irene:

I can see that during their hiatus, Irene felt like she was sleeping, and like her potential and talent was being wasted. When she was able to release the Monster with Seulgi & Irene, she felt like she woke up every time she performed on the stage. She’s someone who likes her job, and I can see that the long time that Red Velvet has been away was very hard for her, and she’s felt very stagnant. When promotions were finished with Monster and Naughty, I can see that it might’ve been hard for Irene to be away from the stage again, and she felt like her career was constantly starting and stopping as she was waiting for Red Velvet to be able to reunite again.

The hiatus has been very painful for her, and although it wasn’t physically painful the way it was for Wendy, she’s felt very lost, and almost like she’s been forced to give up on her career. She’s had to learn how to heal deep wounds within herself, and she’s had to find who she is when he’s not Red Velvet’s Irene, but when she’s just Bae Joohyun. However, I think she’s been able to come to a place of peace within herself, and she feels a sense of hope now that they’re able to promote again, and now that she’s able to live her dream again.

Seulgi:

Seulgi had to realize that there were parts of herself that she was ignoring. As an idol, it’s pretty evident that lots of times, you have to put the needs of the fans, or of the group, over your own. But as the group went into hiatus, there was no one’s needs for her to tend to but her own, and I think this was something that she struggled with, as she’s not used to taking care of herself in this way. She usually blocks out her own negative feelings by focusing on the fans and on the group, but with that stripped away, she was forced to confront her own demons. I don’t think she blamed Wendy for what happened, since it was obviously not her fault, but I do think she held resentment against the events that happened that led to all of that, and that was something she had to work through as well.

I think she’s now taken this time to be very creative, and it’s helped her to keep balance within herself during such a hard time for her. I can see that she’s probably had a lot of creative input into this album and has been using their music as an outlet to focus the negative emotions she’s had during this hiatus, and she’s been working to do this in a healthy way, not in a way that’s a distraction.

Wendy:

Red Velvet is what she considers her life's work, and she is definitely someone who puts Red Velvet and her members first before herself. I can see that when she debuted, she promised herself that she would see Red Velvet through til the end, so that her injury and subsequent hiatus was especially hard on her because she felt like she broke her promise, not only to herself but to the team. She's happiest when she's onstage with the girls, and with that taken away from her, she was plunged into a dark place for a bit. I can see that even her performing by herself didn't quite feel the same cuz she wasn't surrounded by her family, and it felt scary to her because it was foreign.

The future of Red Velvet might've been very very uncertain behind the scenes after her injury, and that led to a lot of anxiety, especially because I think their future kinda depended on how she was able to recover from her injury. She felt a lot of pressure, but it drove her to work to come back, and now she's back better than ever. She's very thankful that everything was able to work itself out, not only with her health but with the group as well, and despite everything, she hasn't lost her smile. In a way, I think she might even see this as a win win situation, because she knows everyone's eyes will be on Red Velvet when they come back, and boy, is she ready to give them a show.

Joy:

Joy never gave up on Red Velvet and her career, even when things looked the bleakest. She kept faith in the fact that Red Velvet is too strong and powerful to stop, and she kept pushing forward, and that momentum helped to push her to be able to be free to release her first solo music during this time as well, with the faith that it would only be a matter of time before she was back onstage with the members. I can see that when it came to her own music, she had a lot of indecision that she had to overcome and was constantly worried she was making the wrong choice, and it reminded her of why she loves performing with Red Velvet. When they're together, things just make sense.

She did enjoy her time solo, and appreciates the time that she had to be free to do her own thing and learn how to be on her own, but she's happy that that cycle is over for now and that Red Velvet is back. It feels like a dream to be promoting together again, and she feels like everything is right in the world again.

Yeri:

Yeri has used this time off to reconnect to herself, and to reevaluate what’s important to her and what things are true. The sudden hiatus was a wake up call, and I get the sense that there was almost a “don’t know what you got til it’s gone” kind of moment where she realized how special of a thing Red Velvet is in her life, and she’s spent the hiatus trying to figure out how to best honor it when they came back from hiatus.

She definitely wasn’t ready to give up on Red Velvet, but I get the sense that there was a feeling by the team at SM, that she wasn’t ready to do her own solo work during the hiatus, and that might’ve led to some negative feelings that she’s had to sort out. The fact that she was the only member to not release any solo music during the hiatus made her feel rejected and undervalued as a performer, but that just makes her more determined to leave her mark as Red Velvet and to make sure she leaves a lasting impression with this comeback and song.

All the members have taken this time to really reflect on themselves and on their career, and all of them are going into this comeback with the right reasons and with a new outlook. I can see that they’re coming in hot and want to come in strong, and that this album will have lots of success. They’re pushing forward and coming in guns blazing, and are ready to do what only Red Velvet can do. They know that their concept is unique, and they want to highlight it with this album while also showing off new sides of themselves and showing how versatile they are. They’re feeling a sense of oneness, and are glad to be able to present themselves as one whole team again, instead of as fractured parts of the whole. I can also see that their friendships have evolved and gotten stronger during this time, and they’ve realized that they’re stronger together than they all were apart.

They’ve felt helpless during this hiatus, and like things were out of their control, so they’re taking their power back. This feels like liberation for them, and they’re ready to shatter their chains and take their destiny as a group back into their own hands, and they have a good feeling they’re on the verge of something amazing. They’ve been restless in this time of waiting, but they’ve taken this time to learn new things and learn new sides of themselves, and they’re ready to be a unit as a vessel for the message of Red Velvet again, and ready to truly enjoy the ride.

Pre-Reading:

Going into the reading, Sooyoung’s energy was relatively guarded and contained, not a lot of it was actually being projected in a way that put it on display or really made it easy to just observe the state of the core. However, when I did move through her core a bit more, I was able to get a clearer vision of why that might be.

I did get into her “house” or her core and it was a bit confusing because it was almost like she had created a secondary core inside the original. The visual of the space was like a tiled room, something that reminded me of a swimming pool in a fancy hotel, and in the center of it was this giant diamond shaped glass case that was full of water. The case itself was still and very clear, but the water inside was thrashing about.

It was a show of projected external stability, almost like she wants to appear neutral to people, almost to the point where no one notices her as a person, they see her as a display of some kind. She can come off very grounded and stable, and that is what she wants people to see and that’s what she wants to be, it’s what she’s building for herself, but internally there’s a lot of Water energy banging around in there. A lot of emotion, a lot of creative energy as well.

It is very much a choice on her part to be more contained, but she’s not trying to lie to or trick anyone, she just doesn’t want that Water to run out and flood everything. Especially with that Virgo energy in the conscious mind, it’s almost like she’s building a sand castle and she’s putting up a barricade so that the tides don’t wash it away. It’s more for comfort’s sake and for the sake of remaining professional in a sense.
