Yongie just a general question, what can we do to heal ourselves by ourselves without needing anyone? Like i know we should seek help but i believe many can’t for many reasons, so like a book or anything that could help!? Please 😞

Obviously professional help will always be the first option however while waiting to be able to get it, there’s many things that one can try to help. First physical activities can be help in chanelling energy, any artistic activity can also help with projection of emotion (honestly any hobby is a positive factor). Books that help, libraries have the self help section, look there if any book is speaking directly to you.

Having social support is extremely important, avoiding self isolating, keeping a healthy diet, starting meditation or yoga to help flux of energy but also relieving stress. Talking with people, doing volunteer work often can help us learn more about ourselves

I just shortcut it yongie. It's quite long. 😭

First is 1st house. I do used to have lack of self love but I'm currently working on myself. Hahahah.

Second house, its true that what I show in the public its not really the authentic me. Like I only show them the good side and never my vulnerable side.

Third house, HOW DO U KNOW THAT I EASILY FORGET THINGS, this is my problem. Like the second house I'm still working on fixing on my disorientedness and the emotion reaction first then logic. I do also blame my childhood I used to always fell on the stairs like always.

The fourth house really hits deep. Hahahhahah. Like its right in the balls. Fourth house in Leo. I do not plan on having a family like it never comes to my mind.

Fifth house, this just screams ADHD hahahahha. I do easily get bored.

In six house, co dependent hits the spot.

Lastly the twelve house, ALL MY LIFE I HAVE BEEN MISUNDERSTOOD and I got tired for correcting them and just ended up let them be.
