Today, as I was analysing HSH's hiatus letter and checking out Aespa's placements. I realise both have their Sun in Scorpio. I haven't looked further into their chart, but SM's energy is giving secretive, very hush-hush, moving in silence, and taking back what was their. It's very Scorpionic. Like the whole company is going through transformation or some sort.
SM Ent is an Aquarius sun too, right??? Like the whole Aquarius being private and secretive is also so on the brand of them.

I don't know if I'm going to continue doing an analysis of the letter. But a few things that stood out the most to me were that they loved him, they liked him, and yet they were "mad" at him because he affected the group's "momentum". That's what it was. 🤷♀️
I still think they still want him. It's just...complicated. However, things can change. There are transits and all.
Also, I've lost count of how many squares there are in their synastry reading. So, yeah. That's about it.

An Astrology Analysis on HSH's Hiatus Letter
Disclaimer: This is a tarot reading account. So, I rarely do astrology reading. My analysis and interpretation of the placement below might be a hit or a miss as I am still learning. This post do not predict the future, but illustrates a situation that happened, could or might happen.
Take this post with a grain of salt.
For the analysis below I used tropical astrology and I calculated it using whole house.
This post is also open for other interpretations.
For context, HSH's hiatus letter was published on X (previously known as Twitter) on the 22nd of November 2023. I used the time when it posted to get the letter's rising (ascendant) sign.
Sun in Libra (Hong) conjuct Ascendant in Libra (SM Entertainment):
This letter has its rising/ascendant in Libra. Hong's Sun and Venus is also in Libra. The rising placement of the letter falls in Hong's sun.
This interpretation could be interpreted in different ways. But here's mine.
Both parties value fairness, diplomacy, and creating a sense of balance in their relationships. This can lead to a natural ease in communication and a strong desire to see things from each other's perspectives. This also means SM Ent and Hong were seeing eye to eye during the decision making.
The Sun represents one's core identity such as personality and self image. Libra energy appreciates beauty, partnership, and social harmony. This conjunction can create a sense of mutual admiration and appreciation for each other. This also means SM Ent and Hong found beauty in each other and they know they could benefit from each other. For example, Hong might have been someone who they were looking for and his face, skill, and overall aesthetic was their type. Likewise, Hong, was flattered that SM Ent had taken an interest in him and saw that the company could offer what he was looking for.
However, in the case of the hiatus. It was most likely that SM Ent and Hong tried to be on the same page and finding a common ground to agree on. Libra is also known for desiring peace. Hence, Hong's sun being in the company's ascendant could mean there were many mirroring during the conversation of his hiatus.
The Ascendant (or rising sign) reflects how you present yourself to the world. A Libra Ascendant often comes across as charming, diplomatic, and easy-going. This conjunction can feel like SM Ent was finding ways to make Hong agree on going for a hiatus. Hence, they could've made him feel comfortable before deciding on the hiatus.
On the contrary, both Libra placements can lead to indecisiveness, especially when faced with difficult choices. Libra is also known for keeping peace and desiring equality. It was likely that SM Ent was concerned with keeping the peace, in this case not losing as much fan. Whereas Hong was concerned with how his scandal had affected the group. There could've been conversations on how to go about with the situation and hiatus was most likely the "wisest" choice.
Mars in Pisces (Hong) squares Mars in Scorpio (SM Ent)

With both parties having a water influence, emotions can run deep. Unresolved tension could lead to passive-aggressive behaviour.

There could've been a power imbalance or a power play at hand.
Mars in Pisces (Hong) can unconsciously challenge Scorpio's Sun's (SM Ent) sense of power through their emotional sensitivity or by pushing boundaries in a subtle way. This can trigger Scorpio's Sun's possessiveness or desire for dominance. Pisces' Mars (Hong) might struggle to express their desires clearly, leading to frustration for Scorpio's Sun (SM Ent) who craves transparency.
Maybe...just maybe...say, there's something Hong was not honest about and it frustrates SM Ent. Maybe the company did try to save him, but Hong didn't tell them the whole truth or reveal the whole situation. Hence, SM Ent had taken the best course of action and that is to go on a hiatus.
