Meet Xella!

She's an alien (but I prefer 'cosmic cutie') who's been wandering earth since the late 60's after crash-landing in the middle of a hippy music festival. Assuming all humans dressed that way, she quickly scrounged up some discarded clothes and styled her many head tentacles into a fashionable dreads bun, so she could blend in.

Most of the humans were pretty...🛸spaced...out at the festival and just thought her green skin was some kind of psychedelic costume. It was best for her to just lay low until her fellow galactic companions could come rescue her.

But after all the humans had finished frolicking and partying, and had all left the desert, there still was no sign of a search effort.

Days dragged out in lonely walks across the littered sand. To pass the time Xella decided to rummage through the trash left by the human party goers. Most things were uninteresting, however when she stumbled across a little blue and cream coloured contraption she took a closer look. Rattling it made a noise but it's design seemed too complex for such a basic use. She tried looking through it, but to no avail. Then...she put it to her lips and blew air, causing a high pitch squeal. The purpose of this object (which she later learns is called a 'whistle') was unknown to her but she figured it might come in handy to signal her rescue team when they finally make it to earth.

Xella is the only one of her kind roaming earth...or so she thinks👽💚

From what I get, there are at least four types of names in Hollow Knight

A title: Pale King, Mask Maker, Godseeker, Dung Defender

Puns: Bug + Gretta= Bretta, Marybelle + Millipede= Millibelle, Marko + Moth= Markoth

Is that Japanese??: Monomon, Jiji, Sheo, Oro, Mato

That just bug related!: Hornet, Vespa

)(I’m a bit of a slow worker when it comes to this blog, and when it comes to these comparisons I find myself taking even longer- not only because of my urge to draw for them, but because it requires both variations of Six to be analyzed and that can come with a lot of footwork. Six is young, and she can change fairly drastically depending on what environment she’s in and who has a role in influencing her.

)(The differences between Rescued!Six and Mainverse!Six are definitely on my mind a lot, though, so all things considered I wouldn’t be surprised if I revisited the comparison. I did mostly cover the basics with that particular post, after all, and the further things progress with Cori the more Six will change from her mainverse counterpart.

Can you draw Six with Seven (or the Runaway Kid if you prefer)? It would melt my little heart seeing them hugging.

Do you think Scourer and the Stoker would get along?

(  Ummm, well.. Let me just say at first that this is NOTHING against xellas-the-wanderer okay? I know how the Scourer would respond to certain things and it’s nothing to do with, you know, actual reality? I like their OC personally and I think their idea is cool!

   That being said, The Stoker does things and reacts to certain things that would make the Scourer very mad. I mentioned that she basically does anything and everything involving spirits and dead things in a much longer post about what she is as a monster and; eating spirits? That is against everything she stands for as a grey witch. Even in her brainwashed state, killing and exercising innocent ‘voices’, along with eating meat, is ‘against her grimoires’. (meaning, its against her magical code)

   She also doesn’t like how angry they seem to get when something goes awry involving a child. Her instinct, brainwashed by the Lady, is to gather the kids and bring them back alive. Honestly, and I once against must stress that I have no problem with the Stoker and xellas-the-wanderer , but the Scourer probably is thinking of a way to exercise the Stoker because she would perceive it as an evil spirit, and evil spirits need to be exercised so they don’t harm others, dead or alive. But she can’t because her powers are hindered, so she would just respond to them in a quiet and polite manner, and leave them quickly in any conversation.

   She also gets into tiffs with Twin 1, actually, because he’ll kill a child in front of her, god and everyone and not give a crap. But the Lady’s hold on her conflicts with this attitude, so even though she won’t argue with him, or hold anything truly against him, she still will snatch the still living kid from his hands and run off, hissing and screeching even though the child will just wind up there anyway, just dead..

   I could go on and on about how Twin 1 fucking despises the Scourer, actually. She won’t eat meat, she is so goody-two shoes, she is gruesome and grotesque and worse of all vermin and he honestly wants to hold her over a cliff and watch her fall to her death for even daring to steal from the kitchen’s pantry but I’ll stop there. Please just note, that I personally have no qualms with the Stoker!! I’m just saying how she would react to them as a fictional character, honestly!!!  )

Here what you need to know about the characters!

Bela- is mute by choice and is NOT blind! she’s very shy and hates to see people be bullied. Despite her shyness she is a bit of a go get ‘er and a friend maker.

Red- a hotheaded boi with a thing for family and friends! He’s an introvert and likes to spend time with himself when he isn’t busy. He doesn’t mind doing things with Bela however, due to her lack of self confidence and the such.

Background: Bela and Red are very close friends and have been ever since the incident with the pigs. Since the reunion of Mighty Eagle (Ethan) and Zeta, Red and Bela Find themselves close and in a little trio with silver, the boys tend to hang out with each other, leaving the girls to talk and be themselves while they’re doing their thing. Bela tends to like art and expressing herself. She tends to talk softly if she’s ever pulled out of her little shy shell. All their little adventures leads us to here! The Present!

The Maid stampedes through the lower halls of her current residence known as The Maw, there’s a massive storm brewing outside causing the ship to sway more than usual. But something was off and everyone who interacted with her on a regular basis could feel it. Her eyes...something was different, they were not their usual oaken brown instead they glowed the bright emerald of back-lit leaves on a scortching summers day and the glow of her eyes made the rest of her face appear an eerie shadow. As she runs and as she crashes into things plants of all kinds grow where she is about to hit, died as she hit and grow again and continued to grow as she galloped on. A powerful rage, abnormal for the deertaur, could be sensed by all whom she passed. Something Is Very Wrong.

Cori grew up inside The Maw, hiding from The Lady and the impossible man and the dangers that lurked within it. She tended to stay hidden, where she knew thin, wrinkled hands couldn't reach her, but now that she had survived into adulthood, she wandered out into the open more often. That was how she met Xellas, befriended and eventually loved the demon. She felt safe when she was with them, protected despite all the danger that surrounded them. Things were becoming problematic, though. Cori was pregnant, and a once The Lady found out, there would be consequences. "What if we left for the mainland? Wouldn't we be safe there?"

Who would you consider your “best friend” in the Little Nightmares fandom? Or who do you interact with the most?

Hmm… I don’t I have a best friend (yet) but I definitely have my favorites:@isnezzed Is a really big inspiration to me. I think he’s really funny and nice and every time I talk to him I just get really happy. I appreciate every time we interact, because he’s a really great guy and I think he deserves everything he has. Definitely check out his art, it’s amazing.Out of the people who have stuck around the longest, I’d say @xellas-the-wanderer. She’s probably been here the most and even though we don’t talk that much anymore, I’m grateful that she’s still around. Even after I went on multiple long hiatuses and stopped doing stuff for the fandom for some time, she still stuck around and that makes me happy.Okay, I don’t talk to her often, but @keiiilalei is really great, too. She has a really nice art style and she liked the rag twins, so that makes her awesome in my book! I’d like to talk to her more often.For people I would like to interact more with, it would probably be @dragontoons and @drabblezofmine2. I see them often in my notifications, but I haven’t gotten the chance to really talk to them aside from a few words or reblogs. They both seem super sweet and nice and maybe we could talk more in the near future!So that’s it! It’s a little childish for me to assume they’re all my friends, but ehh. I’d like to think that we are. I’m not an artist, so that makes it harder to get around and meet new people, but I think I’m honored to have found these guys.
