I just don't see how people think 4x09 was not good for Nandermo.

Nandor literally admitted that he fucked up, and then gave up his own happiness with Freddie 2 because Guillermo was sad about it.

Yes, Guillermo got hurt, and that is tough to watch. But Nandor has hurt him before in a multitude of ways over the past seasons. And Guillermo always comes back. Why should this be the thing that breaks their relationship irreparably?

Nandor is closer than ever to realizing that he's in love with Guillermo. I doubt it will happen this season, but I sure as hell expect it to in season 5.

truly honestly genuinely hoping that the weird marwa plotline is leading up to a massive reveal in season 5 (potentially beginning as a post credits scene at the end of ep 10) that the djinn - or just marwa herself somehow - found a way for her to become herself again and undo all of nandor’s other fucked up wishes that changed her and she trains as a vampire killer and comes back to murder nandor. in that case, i will accept it. if that was truly the end of her character, i wouldn’t say “the writers are evil, this is racist, this is sexist, etc” but it is disappointing, and not at all the way to approach writing a woman of colour into comedy, or any woman for that matter. hoping to god that they have more set up for her and ending her story on that note until the next season was just an unwise decision.

Idk about you, but the train scene felt so wrong to me.

I don't know why but it felt like betrayal to the train scene from 3x10, maybe that was the intention but I can't shake off the feeling
