America is definitely a colonization state, but you can’t say the same thing about Israel
That’s erasing thousands of years of Jewish history
imagine saying the state literally committing a genocide in order to colonize and ethnically cleanse an entire civilization and history is. not engaging in violent colonialism
the government is not the same entity as everyone who has ever lived there or ever contributed to the culture and history of judaism. the israeli state is committing atrocities and some of its population contributes obviously (idf). but you need to separate the israeli state from people who are jewish and ppl who happen to have been born there but disagree with the genocide. pretending like critiquing the state automatically includes these groups, or has anything to do with jewish history or culture, is a tool used to deflect accusations of the war crimes israel is actively committing. please think critically

What kind of benders would Two and Ten be?
Ooo my gut instincts says Two is water and Ten is fire but lets dig into that a bit more.
Two: Okay thinking about it more and while he is very go with the flow, it's in a much more almost-careless way that feels more Airbender-y. He's also somewhat manipulative and very adaptable. So I think ultimately I'd go with Airbender
Ten: I think I'll stick with fire but like...a slow burn. I'm thinking Time Lord Victorious as well.. wait although.... maybe even Water because Water can be vicious and cruel, and Time Lord Victorious feels almost more like a sweeping inevitable ocean anger than burning fire anger. So actually yeah. Waterbender.
If he keeps bending abilities through regeneration, i think the Doctor in general would be Airbender. Something in there as well about last of his kind for the reboot.

Ooo, you make music sometimes? What kind of music? What do you play/use?
All your hobbies are cool of course (leatherworking, fuck yeah!), but Cass always perks up when people mention music and wants to know more :3
I haven't gotten to the point where I can write music yet (though I can get a nice sound going when I'm just goofing off), but I absolutely love to play music. At the moment I only really play my bass since I can plug headphones into it so I don't piss if my neighbors (I'm stuck in an apartment rn). As far as genres, I play a little classical, a lot of rock, punk, and emo, a ton of video game, and some experimental folk music. For instruments, I can play the ocarina, bass guitar, trombone and baritone horn/euphonium. I have some training with violin, cello, piano, and regular guitar, though I'm not particularly good at any of these cause I don't have access to any of them to practice with. And right now, I would say the instruments I would love most to have are a keyboard and an electric cello

Hello! Here on my main blog I have a whole tag for my BRC headcanons, and then on my art side blog I post stuff on there too with drawings. Since you mentioned AO3, I'm assuming you might mean either this post about Red and Felix as separate characters, or this big one about my stuff for Devil Theory. I thiiiink those are the only two I've mentioned on AO3? If it's something else, then it should be somewhere in my BRC headcanons tag, I try to keep on top of tagging everything correctly. ^^;

honestly i’m not too sure? i read the shadow market stories as they were coming out and i low key skipped a few cause they were a little boring. i did read the last two stories that way and it was fine (i did miss parts of jessa development tho). i don’t completely remember but i think it should be fine to read them without all the other stories? as long as you read the last two in order

So this is from an AU I've been bouncing around, but I haven't done much with. Basically a Watcher! Grian meets Martyn (whose not exactly a Listener, more of a devout) and the two of them become friends despite the fact that they are meant to be warring with each other.
This leads to the Watchers and Listeners letting to two despite hating each other, each trying to prove they're better at caring for Players. Me and Plague have jokingly named this the "Playdate AU" because it's a lot like parents who hate each other having kids who are besties.
ANYWAYS sorry for the long explanation, I haven't really gotten to talk about it for a while :p here's the snippet.
There was an echoing silence. The Watcher carefully took a few steps forward, beckoning Grian to follow with a small gesture. Grian took a few steps forward, grip tight on his weapon. The Listener stared at him, something like pity in their expression. Grian wasn’t sure how to feel about that.
The Watcher spoke, “He draws his weapon to kill you. He is our soldier, and because he’s a Player he can harm you. You must’ve had the same idea- you brought one of your own.”
The Player made a noise of alarm, eyes growing wide at the casual words of violence. The look he gave Grian while signing to the Listener was one of incredulous confusion. Guilt swirled through Grian, and he lowered his gaze, ashamed. The Listener spoke, voice barely above a murmur.
“I never planned such a thing. You know as well as I do that there is no balance if one of us defeats the other. It is a danger to the Players to fight one another- why do you insist on doing so? Besides, I brought my Player along to translate- you gave the impression we were here to talk.”
Grian turned his gaze to the Watcher, sword dropped to the ground. “You told me that I had no choice but to fight. You said that this was a battlefield.”
The Player at the Listener’s side furrowed his brows, confused, “Why would you believe a Watcher? They represent all the selfish and cruel Players.”
“I am a Watcher,” Grian retaliated, wings rustling behind his back, “Or, at least- I am now.”

Just finished binge reading your Broken Pasts and Healing Hearts series! Absolutely loved it! The writing was amazing, and the story line hooked me immediately!
I want to ask a question about it, and then also suggest suggest a scene if that’s alright.
Question: What’s Xisuma’s relation to the Watchers? To quote Pearl, “She’d even seen whispers of the world’s admin in relation to the Watchers, though she had never managed to figure out the full story.” And then later when Ren gets glitched, Xisuma seemed very familiar with the Watchers’ beliefs on glitched players. So what’s his history with them?
Scene suggestion: What went through Grian’s mind when Scar declared war on the mycelium resistance? Last time Grian went to war, it obviously didn’t go over well for him. Maybe throw in a bit about infiltrating the HEP factory for some extra angst?

Answer: I honestly forgot if I had an actual answer to that. I think it was just a vague 'I'll figure that one out later' that I haven't actually gotten around to figuring out haha. It had something to do with the fanon idea of X being a voidwalker though. I'll leave that up to your imagination (until I ever get around to writing it haha)
Scene: BRO I had so many ideas for writing something to do with the terf war. I have at least two scene vaguely planned out - one of them being specifically the infiltration of the HEP factory (my Grian has Issues with ravagers and I wanted to write the death loop) As for his response to the war - I think by this point he'd found his place and knew everyone in Hermitcraft a lot more, so felt far more comfortable in it as a friendly rivalry more than an actual war.
Thank you so much for your ask and comments! I honestly really miss writing this series, gotta wrestle my muse back into shape and actually write some of the further scenes I had planned! I am always happy to ramble about stories I have written, or maybe ever stories I had planned though.

If the characters in your current WIP could freeze time for a day, what would they do with that time?
Currently I am working on a Doctor Who fanfic focused on Jo Grant so I shall use her.
And tbf if she discovered she had that power she'd very like Just Another Tuesday. and probably go talk to the Doctor about it.
My secondary main character in this particular fic is Sargent Benton and if he and Jo got together I think they'd have a splendid day away from the rest of UNIT eating cheese and toast and gossiping.
