Tim Drake is having a really shitty year, Bernard has learned, partially because he’s had some of it with him thanks to the shooting at school but also because he’s been told about some of it, either by Tim himself or rumors or invasive shit he's seen in the papers. His girlfriend from another school is dead, and so is his dad, and so are some friends from his old school, apparently. His stepmom had a nervous breakdown and he’s living with his uncle now.
Bernard is pretending not to remember that time he went to dinner at Tim’s and his dad had mentioned being an only child.

Shoujo villainess og cale au! I'm writing a fic for it! OG Cale finds a book that details Kim Roksoo landing in the Roan Kingdom and doing KRS-typical things while falling in love with Cale's fiance Crown Prince Alberu Crossman and in the book Cale is the typical jealous villain(ess) who harasses the mc and goes into ruin, etc, but actual Cale is just like ???? wtf is this shit I hate Alberu's guts this book is bullshit - but like all villainess stories KRS then appears. I don't actually know where the fic is going but Cale does Not end up taking KRS's place as The Protagonist like usual shoujo villainess stuff so rip KRS, he's never getting that vacation

Yamamoto! I don't write fics centered around him but when he shows up I have a great time. Smiley unsettling characters are my favorite

I feel like I write a lot about identity and growing up/moving on. Scrolling through my ao3 there sure does seem to be a lot about facing the past and perception through self and/or others
🤯 What's a genre you struggle with as a writer (ex. romance, action, etc.)?
Action. I am so so bad at action. I hate fight scenes which is why you rarely see me writing any. Characters who love to run away and hide are great because they're just delegating all that stuff to other people while sitting in the background waiting for everything to be over. Unfortunately, I tend to come up with a lot of plots that require important characters to fight... sigh

now with ninjago every single character in the series will have "theyre deeper that they seem" and "not as deep as they seem" and "wasted potential. all of them. harumi less so but also yes too because...... stuff. and i put everyone but me is wrong about them because honestly? a lot of dissatisfactory takes ive seen in this fandom. not as bad as lmk. but i am want for more
for kai i dont project my Issues onto him per se but i HAVE indeed projected onto him. hes bi aro i know it. i thought this once and im adamant about it now.
and gotta be honest i did cole because i wanted to do LLOYDS BECAUSE LLOYD IS SO. SO. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. if ninjago had better writing id enjoy him more. why is lloyd so everything all of the time. and also why is he all of the time. guy who gets way too much fucking focus and for WHAT. bad writing. lloyd could be so compelling. lloyd is simultaneously the most overdeveloped and underdeveloped character ever

Kyra croons and makes happy little sing-song sounds, and Kon rumbles and purrs back at her, and their voices sort of . . . intertwine, almost. She does that with Clark too, so it’s not particularly surprising to hear, but it . . . feels different, a little.
Feels different that it’s Kon, Tim means.

You know, I think only three of those are actually accurate. I don't really care for much post-canon or future fic content? Looking through the fics I have written, it turns out those fics were either also for pov outsider or I wrote them for someone else lol
7. Any worldbuilding you’re particularly proud of?
I was just thinking about this recently and it's not actually for a fic, but I have a fantasy uhh universe, whatever, that I came up with when I was like 15 where magic was split into two types: Earth and Space, which basically means aliens are real and they're werewolves. Among other things. I then proceeded to never elaborate on this within the actual story that I wrote. I probably made my magic system way too complicated with that but fuck it it's still fun
23. What’s a trope, AU, or concept you’ve never written, but would like to?
Oooh hm.... fun fact I'm actually really fond of magical girl AUs but only, specifically, when they're still set in canon. Character is already a magical girl but now they need to deal with this other shit as well. I've been wanting to write one for a while now but I don't actually watch a lot of magical girl (or boy) anime so it hasn't happened.

every single character in lmk character gets "everyone but me is wrong about them" and "they got done dirty by the fans" by default. bc i hate the fandom hbgdhsgkethjfdgjlk. also i think every character work better in a dynamic in general bc like. dynamic shows of character a lot you know?
pigsy doesnt have much but its bc i think hes just a Solid character tbh. hes not my favorite but i love him IMMENSELY dont get me wrong. hes very good.
need i say anything about lbd and macaque? i love them. THEY GET DONE SO DIRTY ALWAYS BY FANDOM. SIGHS. i love them.
