hello i haven’t posted on here in fucking forever lol

my drawing & comp class this semester was a doozy. i did the top drawing first, and at 40 hours it is the longest i have ever worked on a single piece by far. in the second half of the semester, i was supposed to deconstruct the same subject, which led to drawings 2 & 3. they’re supposed to just be portfolio pieces, but this is the first time i’ve been able to easily think of a name for a piece, so i’m gonna call them matryoshka i and ii anyway.

i never want to draw another cow ever again.

This winter sky, oh how can anyone sleep? There was never such a night before!

I used Windsor and newton paint as well as other oil paint that I can’t remember the names of.

I finished this giant canvas for my parents but much to my hilarity it's too big for their intended spot! They picked it so it's not even on me 😭

I've actually been stockpiling my art, and now that i'm nearing the end of this sketchbook irl- i wanted to share some of the things i've been working on! this was also great to understand what mediums i really enjoy using, and spoiler alert: it isn't watercolor. stay tuned ;)

Every single pan has a diferent kind of magic.

I can't explain how, but admiring watercolor boxes makes me happy.
