A Natural Cough Suppressant: -

Invigorates the Skin: -
As a natural humectant, Wildflower Honey holds hydration inside the skin. In addition, as it possesses strong anti-inflammatory properties, it calms & relieves irritable skin, particularly skin influenced by hormonal fluctuations.

Does Wildflower Honey Go Bad?
The honey will start crystallizing from the base up in a couple of months. However, it is not a matter of worry; the crystallization of honey is quite normal as the glucose part of honey starts turning into a solid sugar form. This is what’s called a physical change. If the honey gets crystallized, you can put the jar in a container of warm water, and the sugar grains will gradually re-liquefy. One way or another, honey is best to use.
We deliver 100% pure & raw honey. You can be rest assured the honey in your jar holds the exact same properties as produced by the bees in the hives. Healthy, pure & safe!

Early October on Dunkard Creek at Mason-Dixon Historical Park. Even with the first frost just around the corner, life abounds along the stream, including: sulphur shelf fungus (Laetiporus sulphureus), more commonly known as chicken-of-the-woods; fall phlox (Phlox paniculata); and the flamboyantly-beautiful New England aster (Symphyotrichum novae-angliae). The park is also at the eastern-most range of the thorny-trunked honey locust (Gleditsia triacanthos), whose common name derives from the sweet taste of its edible fruit pods.

Melilotus albus (honey clover)
Honey clover arrived in North America in the 1660s and was deliberately introduced as a fodder crop for horses and cattle. Not only is it nutritious but this plant also fixes nitrogen (it's in the pea family Fabaceae) and honey clover improves pastureland over time. Of course the other reason it was introduced is implied by its name. European settlers were also introducing honeybees at the same time.
Honey clover is a Eurasian plant but it now grows in temperate environments all over the world. In its natural habitat it likes full sun but beyond that, it's not too fussy. This healthy specimen seems to be doing very well, growing next to a signpost in the middle of a parking lot - and it hasn't rained in weeks.
I hate to admit it but secretly, I admire weeds. Unlike the pampered pussycats we plant in our flowerbeds, weeds are tough. They take full advantage of our urban environments without the luxuries of regular watering and chemical fertilizers.
