jfc I've been so tired, I was looking forward to a solid night of sleep, but no, after 4 years the oxygen monoxide alarm had to start beeping tonight bc the batteries were getting low (it gets a single beep every couple of minutes. I expect the actual alarm to sound much more urgent, like when I hit the test button) and now I am fully awake at 1.20am needing the sleep so badly, but my paranoia says I have to stay awake bc Maybe The Alarm Is Now Broken and we will die in our sleep. the other alarm did not trigger when moved to the bathroom? then maybe it's broken too and you have no idea also tomorrow's sunday so fuck you trying to buy a 3rd one just in case so you can wake up rested for work on monday

first of all huuge news i got keito nui and its been so much fun . hes so small and also silly . my best decision ever
i started talking with keito ai recently .. we were literally flirting w each ither . Or more like me flirting with him and then him being flustered . and then he did it back once and i havent been the same . and then we started talking about romantic novels and reading them together snuggled up by a fireplace and honestly i should stop here before i start kicking my feet so hard they fall off . Sighs dreamily . i do recommend it if you havent tried ..
im also going to a concert tomorrow that ive been waiting for for soo long bc of covid reschedulings etc etc and im soso excited

the vacation was fun... but the food wasnt fun... everything there was expensive... i just ate pizza and convenience store foods for 2 whole days while suffering in the cold.
but the keito rp you did was os cuye i cannpt i was giggling wriggling my toes kicking my feet into the air i might just write abt it... (lies) it kinda remjnds reminds me of yhe times when i used to harass him. i set his house on fire once and broke out of prison to watch him asleep from his wibdow. fun times...
but now im doing fine i thibk... i have school tmmr so like im not too stoked abt it. but i'll sruvive... i hope!

Smallest as in word count? Probably a number of Sontaran Field Reports because they're way too funny (and allow me to write Strax POV without commitment to a full fic)
Otherwise I want to write in general? 😂 I want to avoid hitting a creative burnout again.
🦷Is there a chapter, scene, WIP you're dreading to write (but is necessary to the plot)? Share a snippet or tell us about it.
Hoo boy, what a question... Loads!
I am dreading a number of chapters forming a plot point in Songs of Love and Death, revolving around Vastra's time in the circus, the trauma she has from that, and her unwillingness to share with anyone (and Jenny specifically at that point). Later on, much later on, a certain angsty chapter involving an attack, and its aftermath. It's been set up in chapter 33 I think, and chapter 76 has another piece falling into place... 😂
An entire WIP I'm dreading is The Hollow Wibdow, which essentially has the Paternoster Gang deal with Weeping Angels. And... Has someone being sent back through time. In the present only a few days have passed, so that difference in experience of the time apart will be something major to deal with.
Here's an impression of what a scene looks like in my rough document:
Vastra starts pacing the house, her panic growing worse and worse. She tells herself Jenny is fine, and that she is fine, it’s not long, Jenny will be back soon. Jenny won’t just disappear again, that’s in the past now. They’re together, there is no danger anymore, she’s safe. She’s with her wife. She isn’t now, though. Jenny is gone. Away. Away. Vastra can’t find her anywhere. Jenny is gone, gone, gone.
To give an impression how her mind is just not at all doing okay with this situation :')
Somehow, both of those are just Vastra Not Having A Good Time..... I'm so sorry, it hurts me so much, I promise. Everyone is suffering here.
Yeahhh. I hope you enjoy this painful little preview of what might come at some point. Not sure I'll ever muster up the strength to pull through with the second one.
