Calamity 2.0 is gonna usher in a new age of technological advancement that doesn’t rely on magic, spearheaded by Lord Percy de Rolo III, who has permanent bragging rights over how Whitestone was still able to function.

Living in Whitestone during C1 events must be WILD. Imagine this: The town goes to shit bc of a necromancer and her steamy vampire husband killing the nobles. Years later, two of those nobles show up again and beat the everyloving shit out of them with the help of a very… colorful cast of characters. The long lost lord (and heir) to your city regularly skips town with the aforementioned group (who turn out to be mercenaries) for extended periods of time to save the world, only to show back up to get drunk and terrorize the locals (Grog and Scanlan lol). They leave to slay some dragons, and the lord shows up DEAD like, a week later (for seemingly un-dragon related reasons) but is totally fine and back to doing meetings the next morning. Everyone knows that he’s banging at least one of the halve-elves, but no one can agree which.
