Ocean O’Connell Rosenberg the girlbossiest girl in town

I’ve been hesitant to upload this because I’m afraid it won’t perform well despite the amount of time I spent on- it but I figured never posting it at all would be the worst performance of them all so. here’s Ocean calling all of her potential judges a loser, crowing about her superiority in song, culminating with her standing on top of them in a human pyramid! (quite the unorthodox strategy). I admittedly don’t really like how Mischa looks here but oh well what can you do.

I feel like, in RTC, Ocean’s character development is really fascinating. Particularly, I love how it’s showcased through the parallel between “What the World Needs” and “It’s Not a Game”.

“Oh, isn't someone keeping score?”

Versus

“And no one keeps score/of how hard we tried.”

The different tones when talking about scores just scratches my brain the right way.
