EVENT TEASER: A Meeting Of The Seats Of Vanity...

Location: Evernight Castle, Plains of Darkness (Formerly the Kingdom of Evernight)

Time: UNKNOWN

Immediately Orochi would drop to his seat realizing he has been sent to Evernight Castle thanks to Salem utilizing her teleportation magic to bring her most trusted Scions here. "Lady Salem, my apologies for my failure on locating the Summer Maiden... she is quite the hider as you said she was." The Grimm-Tiger faunus would speak, while Salem nodded in understanding.

OROCHI- THE SEAT OF PRIDE

"That was to be expected, whoever is keeping the Summer Maiden safe is only avoiding the inevitable..... trying to worm away from what awaits them....." She would speak with Kamaitachi landing on the table rubbing his head.

"Oi Oi Oi! I was this close to killing an S-Rank Hunter, Salem! Are you trying to deprive me of my goddamn joy of murder and death for you!!!" Kamaitachi replied in an annoyed manner, while Salem simply chuckled fully understanding at how she should've expected this.... the weasel faunus was something to behold.... and perhaps even more devoted than Tyrian. Perhaps it was time to get rid of the scorpion faunus.

KAMAITACHI- THE SEAT OF GREED

"My Apologies Kamaitachi, had I only been made aware I would have exempted you from the meeting. But this may be one you must be here for aside from your lust for murder."

The doors leading to the meeting room would open as Omega would walk in with Cinder as she moved ahead to go and take her seat. "I suppose the meeting has not begun.... where are the others. The Seats Of Envy, Melancholy, Lust, and Fear." Omega asked.

THE SEAT OF WRATH- OMEGA

"I am most glad that you have asked. I was just about to summon them now." Salem said with a snap of her fingers summoning the other Seats of Vanity to Evernight. With the first being a normal human but from the looks of it he was disinterested and no less... just wanting to return back to whatever he was doing.

THE SEAT OF MELANCHOLY- MINOS

"Oh Here I am again.... at this place. Hello, Orochi, Kamaitachi, Omega....." He would say while moving to take his seat. "Hello again, Minos how goes your hunt for the new Winter Maiden." Salem would ask.

"All proceeding apace. I am indeed glad that my request for my humanity to be kept was head by you Lady Salem and I do appreciate the gift......" He said, before feeling someone wrap their arm around him as he was all patched up and smiling widely against Minos.

THE SEAT OF FEAR- TARTARUS

"My My... sad as always Minos! Why not turn that frown upside down and allow me to see into those very fears of yours an-" They would speak until Minos would immediately punch them without a second thought making them stumble a bit. "Gah! My nose!!!" Tartarus would say with a groan in their tone.

"I would prefer it if you do not lay your hands on me....." Minos would say taking his seat, while Tartarus uncovered their hands revealing their nose was not bleeding at all nor broken...moving to take their seat. While another would walk through the doors in a sultry manner dressed in japanese clothing, showing off her hips and figure.

THE SEAT OF LUST- AMATSU-MIKIBOSHI

"God I can smell the lust coming off of Minos and Cinder. Oh who am I kidding... I'll lust after everything..... even if its for a good good bite to eat. They always taste the best when they are hitting their climax..... and their flesh is so warm afterwards."

"My lovely Oiran. How is everything in the Mistralian Underground?" Salem asked.

"My lady, I can assure you that the warring gangs there are reaching their limit as their little turf war is extending onto the actual street. In due time Mistral will be up in flames as soon as I hit the right nerve for the gang leaders to attack." Amatsu spoke.

THE SEAT OF POWER- CINDER FALL

"And spreading your legs like a whore." Cinder would growl slightly.

"Huh?! Thats coming from the same person who lost to her Brother, A Silver Eyed Warrior, A Wolf Faunus and some bimbo Human, lastly to add insult to injury both the Spring Maiden and the recently deceased Winter Maiden!" Amatsu spoke with Cinder gritting her teeth with anger.

THE SEAT OF ENVY- GILGAMESH

"Now Now everyone lets be really, I am quite Envious to join in a fight if I could.... but alas.... I must really be more focused on seeking out a different route to Brumel... to bring that nation to its very knees as they too also contain such Envy." He spoke crossing his arms as he was teleported in.... "

"Ereshkigal.... the Brumelians are not to be messed with. Had Lady Salem attacked them when they had reached the height of their power, our forces would have been spread thin. Plus, I wish to make sure that we do not have another Fall of Beacon incident with that Silver-Eyed Warrior....."

"Ah, the one Cinder lost to... what a shame. That right after she was healed up she went off and diverted from Salems orders and ended up losing to not only the Spring Maiden but a direct descendent of Masamune Shinba who was-" Gilgamesh spoke before, Cinder jumped from her seat lunging he grimm arm at the flamboyant man until....

SCHWING!!

And immediately Cinders Grimm hand was lobbed off instantly......

"I grow... tired of listening to you all fight...." A man would say with his Katana unsheathed and having a crescent moon tsuba, sheathing the sword. While his own presence made even Tartarus, Amatsu, Kamaitachi, Omega, and Orochi feel something their never felt...Unending doom...

"Stay... out of this... Tsukiyomi!" Cinder growled

"For years.... the Scions of Salem.... has changed ...in different ways.... but you Cinder.....must learn how....to change." The man would speak. "Do you understand.....what I am saying to you Cinder....?" He said with Cinder gritting her teeth her singular eye aflame with rage.

"I dont care! Gilgamesh can continue to mock me all he wants but its when he goes too far to mention-"

"CINDER FALL!!!!"

Tsukiyomi said with his aura flaring up and immediately making the human feel cold.....

THE SEAT OF DOOM- TSUKIYOMI

"Are you... aware of your....position, Cinder? You are...one of the weakest of us all...." The human-Grimm hybrid spoke with Cinder looking away and realizing that he was right... she had no place to speak amongst others who were stronger than her.

Salem was at the highest, and she was at the lowest.....and whats even worse is... Tsukiyomi is the strongest of the Seats of Vanity.....

"So.. far you have made....not even an effort.... to try and prove... why you belong amongst the Seats of Vanity." He spoke almost in a pragmatic way...

"Fuck...." Cinder growled before she took her seat along with Gilgamesh remaining quiet while Tsukiyomi moved to go take his seat..

"Now that I am certain everyone has calmed down..... let us begin the meeting. As you have been aware... a temple has shown up in the Gashira Desert in Vacuo. While this has no leads to the Relic of Destruction.... however, I feel as if it is something bigger. Heed me... as I know of these creatures."

"Creatures? Something from your time, Lady Salem?"

"Correct. These were once known as the Grimm Terrors. Amongst the five kingdoms each one had a Grimm Terror. All of which was born from great suffering.... whether if it was from a Kingdom wide pandemic, famine, war, or even sorrow. These creatures would be born from that suffering.. but while the mages of my time could not defeat them... they had to be sealed away." Salem said leaning forward with a smile.

"Little did they know, that the Grimm Terrors was still alive and feeding off of the negativity of the world.... growing larger, stronger, and adapting to newer things. I seek to awaken one of these creatures.... and control it." Salem said with a smirk on her face.

"Hmm... perhaps I shall look into these Grimm Terrors. Most specifically the one in Vacuo before I plan to invade there. I would also like to request the company of Minos and Cinder with me." Omega said, with Salem nodding. "Do as you please, but I expect results...."

"Aggh! Come on!!! I wanna make some bandits know fear! Especially that Tessa Clyde person maybe transform her into something great!!!" Tartarus complained.

"Like he-" Cinder was about to speak up but she then reminded herself of where she was and if she said anything else or even tried to start a fight, she would have been beheaded by Tsukiyomi right there and then.. or even worse her power taken from her by Salem and given to someone else more deserving....

"Fine... they can come too...." she huffed.

"Any objections, Minos?" Omega asked.

"I have no objections to Tatarus joining us. Since he and I are both human and despite their patchwork look they can easily look as if they are a hunter/nomad despite being half-grimm." Minos spoke.

"Very well and as for Tyrian and Mercury's mission. I will update them and aim here." Salem said moving her hand to project a city that looked similar to Brumel but with beachside look and in Vacuo.

"What is that place....?!" Amatsu spoke with shock at how futuristic it looked even being capable of rivaling Atlas and Brumel.

"Solarius City..... , The City of the Oasis. As it is called by my former colleague, Krieg Democritus."

PROFESSOR WATTS- THE SCION OF INTELLIGENCE.

"Watts... you were not...included for this..." Tsukiyomi said.

"Yet though, I am the only person who has worked with that fool of a visionary. Still, I am beyond impressed that he managed to make a thrice-damned city from nothing more but the very sands of Vacuo itself and turn it into something great. As the once great Hidyeoshi Phalanx spoke: "You can make something from nothing in Vacuo....." Watts said.

"While I do not approve of you entering these halls when it is strictly for the Seats of Vanity.... I will overlook this transgression. Only ONCE, Watts. There will not be a next time." Salem said with Watts nodding. "I am certain you have a plan, yes?" she asked the professor.

"Preliminary yes, but getting my hands on Kriegs technology and creating my own version of a power suit one that could even rival his... and then I can take over the city... and turn it all against him and then have it all march on Shade....thus expediting the process to awaken the Grimm Terror." Watts said, while Salem smirked.... she liked this... a lot.

"Good. then I suppose we have a strike force prepared. Omega, Cinder, Tartarus and Minos. You all will be looking into the location of the Grimm Terror and to make preparations once the location has been triangulated. Watts, you will be linking up with Mercury and Tyrian in the city of Solarius and taking Krieg down....." Salem said standing up "As for everyone else.... return to your duties.... and I will summon you all again... when the time comes." She said snapping her fingers teleporting Gilgamesh, Amatsu, Tsukiyomi, Orochi, and Kamaitachi away

While for the strike force from Cinder they would all leave the room leaving Salem alone smiling...

AS LIGHT RETURNS FROM THE LAND OF THE DEAD, SO DOES DARKNESS ENCROACH ON THE KINGDOM OF FREE SOULS.

Ruby: Leftovers!

Yang: Again?

Ruby: What's wrong with leftovers?

Yang: We've had leftovers everyday for the past week!

Ruby: It's too cold to go out right now!

Yang: Ruby, there's so many leftover boxes, I have to move them to get to the milk!

Fun Fact! Weasels are one of the few animals that "refrigerate" their food. In the winter, their nests have a hole near the entrance in which they store prey for later. One whole was said to be filled with about 150 lemmings!

Fun Fact! Fisher Cats are among the few animals that regularly hunt porcupines. Lions and other large predators often die from infection after fighting porcupines, but Fisher Cats manage to survive with minimal injuries by tiring out the porcupine.

Fun Fact! Wolverines, despite their average 33lb size, are infamous for their tenacity and rage, and are willing to hunt down grizzly bear mothers and their cubs. When a wolverine had found it's way near a Yellowknife Middle School, the entire school was put on lockdown. Also, it should be noted that there is no escaping a wolverine in the tundra as they are too good at moving through snow to the point they leave little trace in their pawprints.

Fun Fact! Giant River Otters are the second most formidable predator in South America, after the Jaguar. Like their smaller cousins, they are pack hunters who live in packs up to nine otters, can grow up to six feet long, have paws wider than human hands, and regularly hunt anacondas and caimans, the former of which they bash against tree trunks. Also like their cousins, they will eat all parts of the animal.

Fun Fact! In Anchorage, Alaska, there is a warning posted for locals and their dogs to use caution near bodies of water. A "gang" of river otters have been attacking children, adults, and especially dogs who come near the water. It is uncertain why, or even if they are the same animal each time, though it is likely due to a history shared between otters in the area and dogs.
