I really need everyone to work together and get Ukraine to the trending hastags so that everyone can see the results of one of the tonight's russian air raid.
First of all, the air raids began as early as 2 A.M., when everyone was asleep at their homes, including me. There were drone attacks even before that, starting at 9 P.M., but they reached Kyiv around 2 A.M., and the drone danger lasted until 4 A.M. 35 drones were launched by russia and destroyed by our defenses, including Kyiv and other regions. Around that time we already knew that russia had launched guided missiles — long distance missiles that take hours to reach the Ukrainian borders and then can change their direction at any moment, making them unpredictable and hard to shoot down. But we had some time to rest until they came close enough to be dangerous, so everyone tried to get at least a bit more sleep.
Then, at 6 A.M. the real terror began. Guided missiles from one side, more and more were launched after that, and sonic missiles were launched as well. Loud explosions from all sides, debris falling over the city, it was loud and dangerous as hell. An apartment block was hit, a fire caught on because of the damage, civilians had to be evacuated immediately. Debris landed onto streets, around parks, a lioness in the local zoo got contusion from the burst wave of the debris piece landing 300 meters away from her cage. Everyone is receiving medical help, both humans and animals.
Kharkiv city (east of Ukraine) was targeted as well, ballistic missiles hitting the city centre, apartment blocks, targeting civilians and their homes.
The air raid was over at 10 A.M. and by the evening the numbers reached 130 people wounded and 5 people killed in the air raid. In last 5 days russia has launched more than 500 drones and missiles towards Ukraine, targeting civilians. Tonight 99 different types of weaponry was used against people of Ukraine, from sonic ballistic missiles to guided missiles.
Important: all 10 of the sonic missiles were shot down by Ukrainian air defense using Patriot air defense complex. Ukrainian warriors are constantly showcasing perfect aim and usage of the gifted complexes, considering this type of missiles can only be neutralized by the Patriot complex. This shows not only perfect strength and devotion of our fighters, defenders of our people, but also the sheer need of these complexes in order to survive. Sonic missiles reach my city in 3 minutes after being launched thousands of kilometers away, so please, if you can, reach out to your government authorities in order to support our defenses with the needed weaponry.
And a moment of karma for the last: a russian missile, launched towards Ukraine, lost control mid-air and fell down on some village in voronezh oblast of russia. Finally russians got to experience the kind of terror they make us live in, by their own hands. I don't think they'll learn anything by this after all, but I hope for some kind of justice for everyone they've killed.

"Heroic" achievements of Russian strategic aviation today: Russians destroy street in village in Voronezh Oblast with their own missile – photo village of Petropavlovka (Voronezh Oblast, Russia) today on January 2, 2024. Source: pravda.com.ua
P.S. And there are still idiots Russophiles in the West who want to do business with this criminal regime....!!!
As a proper terrorist army, the Russians are only able to succeed against unarmed civilians. As soon as the Russians begin to encounter armed resistance, they immediately begin to complain about their rights being violated...

Details: The human rights defenders posted the testimony of two former commanders of the Wagner private military company units, who were recruited to join Yevgeny Prigozhin's mercenaries from the Russian colonies.
They are Azamat Uldarov, a former convict of Correctional Labour Colony №13 of the Russian Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service from Saratov Oblast (pardoned by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation from 23 August 2022) and Alexei Savichev, a former convict of the Corrective labour colony №1 of the Russian Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service from Voronezh Oblast (pardoned by Putin's decree from 2 September 2022).
The criminals are currently in Russia.
During the week, they testified during video and audio interviews and informed Vladimir Osechkin, the Gulagu.net founder, about the details of the shooting of more than 20 Ukrainian children and teenagers, the blowing up of a pit with more than 50 wounded prisoners and the so-called "500" (those who decided to stop fighting and refused to carry out orders to kill Ukrainians), clearing residential buildings and killing everyone, including children.
In particular, one of the Wagnerites admits that he "shot a 5-year-old girl in the head" when they went to Soledar and Bakhmut: "She screams, she is a small child, you understand. I shot a 5-6-year-old girl in the head."
Uldarov said that he "cleared" the basement with 300-400 civilians; about 40 of them were children. According to him, it was a 9-story building. The occupier adds that "he had no choice" and that he had an order to dispose of everyone.
Quote from Uldarov: "I executed the order with this very hand, I killed the children. You understand, by order. The fact that we… We were given the order to wipe out and kill everyone… We went and killed everyone – women, men, pensioners and children, in particular, the small ones, 5 year-olds."
According to the terrorists, a command to mop up Bakhmut came from Prigozhin. He ordered not to spare anyone – neither old people nor children, just to kill them all. It was even worse in Soledar.
Uldarov also said that he "cleared" the basement of a 9-story building in Bakhmut with 300-400 civilians inside, including 40 children. The occupier adds that "he had no choice" and that he had an order to kill everyone.
The terrorist stated that it happened in March 2023.
Quote from Savichev: "Peaceful residents were going outside. And there was an order: everyone aged 15 and over – shoot all of them at once. 20–24 people were shot, 10 of them were 15-year-old and 17-year-old teenagers."
Asked how many unarmed civilians they killed in February 2023, Savychev replied that 15-year-old Ukrainians "are difficult to call civilians."
Both former commanders of the units of the Wagner private military company units also said that Prigozhin personally gave criminal orders to execute people, approving terrorist methods and brutality.
cannot begin to express how asinine it is to call people “warmongers” because they think it is right to support people resisting these kinds of atrocities with force of arms

Gotterdammerung running update:
Ramzan Kadyrov, the brutal leader of Chechnya, has denounced Prigozhin as a traitor and has said that his personal militia will be sent to join the fight.
An earlier post I made regarding Wagner announcing that "there will be a new President" was in error-that post was made by a Wagner-associated Telegram account, not one of the ones known for sure to actually be run by Wagner directly. So they might still be trying for the "the emperor is misled by his wicked advisors!" ploy.
There was a confirmed shootdown of an An-26 transport plane by Wagner. This was the aircraft they claimed belonged to the Ministry of Defense. It's not clear yet if any personnel were being transported or if it was just a cargo flight.
The British Ministry of Defense has said that, given how relatively sparse the fighting in Voronezh has been so far compared to the distances being covered by Wagner units, it is likely that some units had remained "passive" and "acquiesced to Wagner". Whether that's in reference to regular-ass police and Army conscripts or more powerful units is unknown, as we don't even know what units are where rn.
I saw a report about the 45th Guards Spetsnaz Brigade(which is based in Moscow Oblast) refusing to leave their barracks as part of the mass mobilization of forces in the area, but I can't find any other mention of that anywhere rn.
I'm going to bed, and will hopefully be back online at 2pm central time. I'll keep doing these tomorrow, and for as long as this situation keeps having new developments every 20 minutes. Please pray that whatever the outcome of this is will lead to an end to the war and, God willing, an end to the oppression of the people of Russia and occupied Ukraine.
Remember that doge meme about coming back in time to warn us about something happening on June 23rd, 2023? Yeah, that's both way funnier and not funny at all now.

Su-34 fall in the Voronezh region
Diego Alves By Diego Alves 09/20/2023 - 13:00in Aeronautical Accidents, Military
A Sukhoi Su-34 fighter crashed in the Russian region of Voronezh, the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement on Wednesday (20).
Russian "propagandist" Ilya Tumanov confirmed on his influential Fighterbomber channel the crash of the Su-34 aircraft.
"There was a failure in the landing gear. After trying to solve it by all possible and impossible means, the crew ended up ejecting it from the aircraft," Tumanov wrote on Telegram.
The Ministry of Defense said that two crew members who were on board the $50 million fighter were able to eject themselves from the aircraft safely before it crashed, around 10 a.m. local time.

Supposed location of the SU-34 crash this morning (20).
Officials said that the supersonic jet crashed “during a scheduled training flight” without ammunition, and that the cause of the accident may have been a technical defect.
The two-seat Sukhoi jet crashed in the Voronezh region, adjacent to Ukraine's eastern border with Russia.
The accident occurs days after a Russian Su-24 jet crashed in the Kalachevsky district of the Volgograd region, allegedly during a scheduled training flight. The cause of this accident has not yet been determined. It is believed that the crew died in the accident.

“The plane crashed far from populated areas. There were no victims,' the Russian Ministry of Defense reported. Illustrative image.
In October 2022, another Su-34 fighter collided with a residential building in a small port town in the Krasnodar Krai region of western Russia during a training flight, killing 15 people, authorities said.
“While climbing to make a training flight in the military airfield of the southern military district, a Su-34 aircraft crashed,” the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement at the time. "According to the report of ejected pilots, the cause of the plane's crash was the fire of one of the engines during takeoff."
In March, another Su-34 crashed in Yenakievo, in Donetsk oblast, in eastern Ukraine, with reports indicating that Ukraine was not involved.

question, in russia do they have you memorize all the federal subejcts / oblasts / republics / etc in school?? in the US we had a bunch of activities about learning and being able to label all the states, along with the original 13 colonies. thanks!!
In my experience no, my geography teacher was obsessed with natural resources, rivers and other countries borders but I can't show you where Voronezh is to save my life.

The current state of affairs, as of 24 July 2023.
• The #Kremlin trafficking corridor has shifted from its original location in #Luhansk Oblast to: starting in #Odesa, #Odesa; #Mar’inka, #Donetesk; #Avdiivka, #Donetsk; #Bakhmut, #Donetsk; #Lyman, #Donetsk; #Kup’yans’k, #Kharkiv; #Nikitova, #Belgorod Oblast, #Ukraine; #Voronezh, #Voronezh Oblast, #Russia. This stretches the supply chain for the #International #Legion #for #the #Freedom #of #Free #Peoples considerably. The #LDR #LuhanskDemocraticRepublic has bombed the port city of #Odesa and battleground clean-up is in full effect. The #BlackSea #barricade has trapped more trafficking vessels in the #BlackSea with no hope of escape.
• Meanwhile, a drone attack against #Kremlin #GRU #military #intelligence #offensive #cyber #operations headquarters was carried out. The top three floors were decimated and fentanyl was present.
• The #Kharkiv reservoir is dry and inhabitants are experiencing, expected, crop shortages.

Russian forces have likely run out of combat-ready reservists, forcing the Russian military command to amalgamate soldiers from many different elements, including private military companies and proxy militias, into ostensibly regular army units and naval infantry. The Ukrainian General Staff reported that approximately 2,500 Russian reservists are training in Belgorod, Voronezh, and Rostov oblasts to reinforce Russian offensive operations in Ukraine. That number of reservists is unlikely to generate enough force to replenish Russian units that have reportedly lost up to 20 percent of staffing in some areas—to say nothing of the battalion tactical group that was largely destroyed recently while attempting to cross the Siverskyi Donets River. The Ukrainian Military Intelligence Directorate stated that Russian forces are conducting covert mobilization and creating new units with newly mobilized personnel who likely have insufficient training to be effective and little motivation to fight. Russian forces also deployed new conscripts from occupied settlements in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts to maintain an offensive around Kharkiv City, likely due to the lack of Russian reserves.
