If fusing with the robotic Aogami lets the Nahobino telepathically send and receive phone calls, I wonder what happens if someone tries to text him? Some ideas, for the message

Aogami informs him that he has received a text and reads it out loud. He'd say, "Young man, you have received a text from Ichiro. Would you like to hear it? [...] It reads, 'Where are you now? I'm so excited. Ah slid f-jas djif. Meet me at lunch. Kay.' And then there is a small yellow circle that my databanks inform me is a smiley face."

The text slides straight into his mind, as if he just read it. But until he gets used to having messages beamed directly into his mind, he has to stare at something and pretend that he read it off of that. Sort of like reading tea leaves; staring at something chaotic and letting your mind project onto it.

His sword acts as a phone screen. Actually, I think it would be funny if he could treat his sword like a touchscreen and play Tetris on it or something.

On receiving images: Aogami describing it just isn't the same, so maybe it's the last two options.

Now I'm wondering how he texts back.

He dictates and Aogami composes.

He can beam the text straight into their phone. When he's first starting, he has to see the text written down, so he writes it on sand, a whiteboard, or anything available.

He can also send pictures, but at first he can only send things he's currently looking at. Since eyes don't work the same way cameras do, the focus and field of view are a tad disorienting. This does, however, mean that he gets really good moon shots; the moon doesn't show up well with most cameras because cameras don't focus on it the same way eyes do.

On a related note, you know how the Nahobino puts his hand to his temple when he's talking to Aogami or on the phone? It seems like he only does that to speak (or at the start of a conversation where he expects to speak; you know what I mean). I rewatched the scene where V-kun first fuses with Aogami, and while V-kun can hear Aogami no matter what, V-kun only responds to Aogami after he puts his hand to his temple.

I don't think that he's pressing an actual button; I think he's pretending to use an earpiece because he's not used to telepathy. If you don't speak out loud, where's the boundary between your thoughts and the message? The Nahobino's solution is to pretend he's turning an earpiece's transmitter on and off. It still took him a while to get the hang of this, and Aogami got a lot of unfiltered thoughts. But this is Aogami, and he didn't mind.

(Correct me if I'm wrong; when Yuzuru first calls you, does Aogami tell you to put your hand to your temple? Or does he just say that you can send and receive calls?)

My Persona + SMT protags birthday + zodiac signs headcanons

I felt like it so I want to make a list with my headcanons about Persona + mainline SMT protagonists birth dates :p

In short: my headcanons about each protag day and month of birth is the day and month of the first version of their game release in Japan (the only exception are Arisato twins, where I prefer PSP ver. release date more) and my headcanon for the birth year is the formula: (the release date of the first version of the game in Japan) - (protag's age in the game) unless the year when the plot of the game happened was stated otherwise (like in SMT IV for example, or in P3/P4)

So yeah, the full list of protags birth dates would be under the cut as it would be long af

I also included protags with canon birth dates as well + their canon zodiac signs (according of Megaten wiki)

Persona protagonists:

Naoya Toudou - 24th of December 1979 - Capricorn (canon birth date)

Tatsuya Suou - 21th of August 1981 (he have two canon birth dates but I personally prefer this one and headcanon him with this one, maybe because I'm August baby as well) - Leo

Maya Amano - 4th of July 1976 - Cancer (canon)

Arisato twins - 1th of November 1992 - Scorpio (canon is apparently the 5th of [some month that is covered] (according to p3 clubbook) )

Aigis - 10th of September 2000 - Virgo (canon)

Yu Narukami - 10th of July 1994 - Cancer

Ren Amamiya/Joker - 15th of September 1999 - Virgo

SMT protagonists: (this one may be kinda less accurate as I only finished SMT V so far so I still don't know protags that well but I tried my best but lmk if I made any mistakes since I don't know especially classic SMT lore (I and II) that well😭)

Kazuya - 30th of October circa 1974-1977 (??) - Scorpio

Aleph - This one is tricky since from Megaten wiki and my SMT fandom friends I found out that he's like 10 yo in the game so his date would be March 18th circa 1984 (???) - Pisces

Tamaki Uchida/Nobu Aoyama - 13th of August 1980 - Leo (canon)

Naoki Kashima/Demi-fiend: 20th of February circa 1985-1988 - Pisces

Flynn - 23th of May 1474 - Gemini

Nanashi - 10th of February 346 (apparently it's his birth year??? Idk anything about SMT IVA (yet) but that's what megaten wiki said so I trust it) - Aquarius

V-kun/Nahobino - 11th of November 2003 - Scorpio

smtv protag and aogami's goodbye in the true ending, this is still a ridiculous amount of screenshots but i had to hold myself back but like GOD i felt like i needed to make sure people Understand. this is the point in this list where i just get inconsolable. i straight up cannot understand how there is so much argument about this relationship being romantic (whether romantic (literal) or romantic (literary)) when this scene exists. our souls are one and the same. the callback to their first meeting. aogami smiling. vkun hesitating. the hands over their hearts as vkun remembers everything they went through together, knowing it's for the last time.
